This is the first time I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn, but have stayed outside of JFK on multiple occasions before. The shuttle service was great. Outside of that, the room itself was in need of attention. The shower curtain didn’t close, the water was a trickle from the shower, the bedding was too short for the bed (fitted sheet) and would not stay on. Ate at the hotel for dinner, almost on hour later for a burger. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The room was very clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. The drivers were so nice and helpful with my bags. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful; one of them gave us a take out menu for Chinese food delivery to the hotel. The food was so good. I would stay at this hotel again.

We use the hotel as a base before flying out of JFK. It’s a good functional hotel, not too fancy, clean and convenient. Easy to find free on street parking. The street parking area is a little dark but overall felt safe enough. There is a very small bar at the hotel but it closes food service early. We had to walk to the local Marriott to get a late dinner. Next time we will get food on the road before arriving.
