DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 2pm and asked if our room was ready. It was, but in order for us to get it we had to pay a $50 early check in fee. We wanted to drop off our luggage, as we were going into the city for an event and dinner. Not wanting to pay an extra $50 to drop our luggage off in our room and leave, I asked if we could leave our luggage in the office or somewhere that was safe and/or locked up in the lobby area. The answer was no. They do not have anything like like. It makes no sense that if our room was already cleaned and available, that in order to get in, we had to pay $50 to get in 1 hour early. Absolute no customer service or common sense. What were they losing out on in letting us check in early to secure our luggage in our locked hotel room? Not friendly staff. The front desk is surrounded by glass (scary)! Once arriving to our room, it was filthy and clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Shades on window were broken and the sound on the television didn’t work. The windows are so thin that it sounds like they are open and every sound outside sounds like it’s in your room. Absolutely not worth the price. I feel very ripped off.

To begin with, I had emailed the hotel asking about early check-in and the response was yes we can accommodate early check-in depending on availability with no mention of any fee. When I arrived the person at the front desk said I would have to pay $50 cash if I wanted to do early check-in, which was never communicated with me through the email. Our hotel room was rundown with a broken mirror, broken wardrobe pole, sticky floor, blinds that barely opened up, funky humidity due to improper ventilation.

Will Never Stay at This Hotel Again

Arrived at the hotel approximately 2 hours early and was told that to check in early it was going to be an extra $50 (refused!), mattress was hard, would suddenly lose tv signal, tv channels took awhile to load, no phone in room (had to use my cell phone just to call the front desk!), told shuttle bus leaves at the top of the hour and to check out 10 minutes before 7:00am for shuttle ride to the airport only to find out it left before the top of the hour (had to take an Uber)!!! Never again...!!!

Absolutely do not book this hotel. It is disgusting. The dresser looked like it came off the street. There were some type of stains on the walls. The receptionist was behind a plastic barrier and hit the barrier with her hand to get our attention. We walked into the room and walked right back out. This hotel should not even be on hotels. Com. We booked another hotel and our Uber driver said he was pretty sure that was a shelter. We are in the process of trying to get our money back as it was not that cheap.

Hotel ruined my vacation

The hotel was old and dirty. It was unsafe and the staff was not helpful at all. Clean towels and linen was not available and the front desk attendant was clueless about how to get clean towels and sheets. Someone was pulling on my door at 2:17 AM and this made my stay VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The hotel did not have security and the neighborhood was very sketchy. This lodging facility ruined my vacation. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

Very bad, unsafe neighborhood was first impression. Missing trim on dilapidated entry and what seemed to be bulletproof glass protecting reception made impression worse. They charged the drop in ahead of me $277: three times the room value. Ripped out chain security, broken blinds, non-functional coffee maker, burned out lights, terrible highway noise, loose bath and shower fixtures and overall decrepit feel made this one of the worst 5 hotels stays I've had in my life. And I've had hundreds or thousands. Other in-transit JFK overnighters seemed to feel the same way; in a little shock for how bad things were.

Everyday I had to get a new room key. Very inconvenient. Housekeeping used dirty mop water and room smelled. Housekeeping staff were always loud and it made it impossible to rest. I was asked to pay for parking with cash - red flag- and they never asked for a card for incidentals. I asked to see the manager and never did.
