This is not a hotel. This is a state run shelter facility!
The shuttle service to JFK was excellent. But both my stays were in rooms that were very noisy with outdoor surroundings. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The blow dryer in room did not work and front desk had no extra to use. Coffee maker in room missing pieces so that you could not make your own
This Quality inn is definitely the Choice Brand based on the location, and the maintenance. The building is too old. Hallway is too narrow. The room size is not good. Our safe was broken.
The staff was super helpful and polite. The went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs. Be it early check-in, room request and more. Both the exterior and interior are not luxurious, but the rooms provide a comfortable experience.
The hotel is near JFK which is nice, the check in was quick and the receptionist was friendly. However the shuttle service between Federal Circle and the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. A small black car with a price (for sale) sign/sticker pulled up to federal circle. Just as I was thinking ‘what is this ghetto car with a ‘for sale’ sign doing here?’ The driver came out and yelled ‘Quality Inn JFK?’ I was in awe and a bit embarrassed but I jumped in as I just wanted to get to my room and rest and the weather outside was 38 Fahrenheit! But man…they definitely need to invest in a more professional shuttle vehicle
First of all the place smells like cigarettes. They forget to clean our room I have to ask for towels Tey keys to the door was not working I went 3 times for them to program it and still wasn’t working overall it was a very bad experience. I am sorry to say but I will not recommend any one to stay there
Room okay was like an oven but cooled off quick. TV was broken staff claimed internet was down. But had a second room across the hall and all was fine there. They didn’t try too hard.
CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, GOOD LOCATION FOR THE TRAVELERS, CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT.

Door n windows are thin, bring ear plugs. Hotel shuttle isnt great, I waited 40min after picking up my luggage and asking multiple times n end up staff finally told me driver was on another mission, and no idea about eta, so been there done that, would not return
The location looked a little scary but it worked out fine.
The hotel should change some things of each room. Make them look like new . The place is good to stop by the day and catch a plane next day.
