No shuttle service after 10:00 pm and they didn't mentioned that in their website, the property need full renovation, the rate is literally over priced compared with the quality and services provided.
Rooms not up to standard
Nothing unique about this place . It is an old Hilton Inn. Location to the airport is Great. Shuttle service starts at 6:15 am . If you have an Early flight like I did , you will need to get your own taxi or Uber. The whole point of staying there was to get the shuttle, but that was not available to me. I would not recommend . You may want to choose another place

Prefect place to stay for an early morning flight from JFK
The room HVAC was very noisy and I had to wear noise cancelling Headphones to get any sleep.
Staff was very accommodating coffee 24hours rooms were clean facilities was clean exterior and interior very nice hotel
Staff were not helpful then the service in the restaurant was bad as waiter very unfriendly and making some funny faces when it took a while for us to make up our mind on what to order.
Nothing Need to provide for making tea in the rooms As an honors member am surprised Hilton does not provide a more upbeat hotel
