Customer service was horrible, rudest front desk staff I’ve ever met. Beds were terrible and it’s in a really loud neighborhood.
Staff was very rude $100 deposit required other guests were loud noisy objectional scetchy some were drinking possibly on drugs Building nice room nice way to expensive for having to put up with shady clients guests Housing authority is Apparently paying to put them in Hotel I overheard one guest talking about it and another talking about something on her blanket that wasn't there the night before like a imaginary slime Personally I won't stay there again and have to pay double by paying for a room and a required deposit $$$ Deposit is a "Hidden" fee if I had known I would have stayed elsewhere
Overall the stay was good to me. I will come back, nice staff.
Good location but not any surrounding amenities. Very small lobby, no breakfast. Good location for one night if you need to be close to the Airport.

The pictures are very misleading. The hotel is in a very run down area and I didn't feel safe to leave my room. The room is extremely small.
Kind of spooky with a lots of weirdows in and around not nice to stay at Depressing It's better to stay somewhere in the city or Brooklyn My flight was rescheduled 24 hours later so I took that Hotel It was the nearest

Zero breakfast offered, even though this was part of the reason for booking. I understand that COVID causes changes, but this should have been highlighted in the agreement.
