The hotel needs an improvement in the facilities rush. The elevator was out of service most of the time, the faucet was damaged, not enough soap was a available.

Room was clean and staff friendly. I like that the parking was free and the complimentary simple breakfast was a good addition. However, I was disappointed that the gym was not 24 hours as noted so I couldn’t workout at night or early morning. The limited hours should have been noted on your website so that one can plan accordingly. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I booked through Expedia and did not know that there would be a deposit holding fee. No hidden charges should mean no hidden charges because what if I did not have extra for them to hold for a few days? The toilet seat cover did not stay up. The staff was a little dismissive. The ice machine did not work. The hotel is a tad dated.
