Bed was comfortable. A bit noisy for me but not their fault. I’m just not used to city noise.

The ladies at the front desk were professional, kind and understanding. My flight got canceled and I needed somewhere to stay. They made it easy for me and the room was big, clean and comfortable.

Close to the airport but the shuttle service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes outdoors for a shuttle in freezing cold weather. Called them twice and no urgency on their part!!

This hotel is pretty convenient when you need an overnight stay at JFK. The property is a little worn out and not up to usual Radisson standards.

Room 309 is small!! Otherwise a good airport stop

Friendly staff and great location for access to JFK.

We would recommend staying some place else. After traveling all day the last thing you need is hotel staff that is hard to work with and a dirty hotel room.

Excellent hotel close to JFK Airport. However, the restaurant was very disappointing. We ordered a simple meal, grilled salmon and vegetables, but the food was greasy, not well prepared. We expect a hotel of this size and chain to have a restaurant capable of providing simple food for its guests who are primarily JFK Airport travelers.

Room was ok, rest of hotel dirty and just nasty. Food in restaurant was terrible, like in cheep place.

it was a nice place to stay as the front desk representatives were very nice.

Close to JFK airport but everything is old and carpets, in particular are worn out and dirty looking. Bathroom faucets were wobbly and bathroom was old and inconvenient. Rooms need upgrading badly!
