Undergoing renovations, but doing the best they can under the circumstances. Nice rooms. Good snack parlor.
I was not happy when I got greeted with construction all over the place. Not worth the money I paid.
Very mordern and clean
Had to change rooms 3 times. Shower didn’t work. Then air unit didn’t work. Then lights didn’t work. Front desk staff was rude. Danny the maintenance man helped us with the all he rooms. Thank god for him. 10 stars for Danny!
Pleasant, but limited, restaurant. Street noise not awful.
Excellent location for overnight stay to or from JFK
Outside looks sketchy, would not bring my own vehicle. Rooms/halls have been refreshed and are very nice. Reception very pleasant. Only odd thing would be their choice of taxi service. Was not an official taxi and I believe it did not have the proper licensing/liability insurance. Use uber to have proper liability insurance. If there were a wreck i have no idea if they had the right insurance etc

Didn't start airport shuttle until 5am, hard for 7am flights, then said wouldn't leave until 5:15. Rooms were redone and nice, lobby had broken main door
This hotel is okay. King bed is somewhat comfortable. Our room/bathroom didn’t have dental kit or at least tooth paste. No hair dryer. It only had tubes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and a small hand soap. No restaurant to dine in, had to go to Crowne Plaza (hotel next to it) to have dinner.
The room was bigger than average but with a small bathroom, still adequate though. The shuttle was helpful and dependable. We walked the neighborhood and felt safe.
Property was in OK condition. First room had a couple of issues and the polite lady behind the desk quickly transferred me. The major problem is that they don’t have a bell boy or even a self service baggage cart. If you are an airport hotel that should be a no brainer. Needless to say it was quite the journey lugging all of those bags around from room to room and then to the shuttle. If they rectify that issue then I would rate the stay higher.
I like that I was placed in a high floor so I was able to see jfk airport.
very excellent service
Garbage
Very convenient to jfk airport
