Clean updated hotel near airport. Could use more staff during night hours. Only one employee on night shift for an airport serving the New York vicinity. Ridiculous. The poor guy was juggling too many things. Room 1010 very clean.

Fast & convenient the people were very nice - i like a firm bed i should have said something !

Great room, great location and great staff. Staying there for a quick overnight connection is perfect.

I think some things can be improved to attract guests, For example the room does not even have a bottle of water . You have to buy it. Breakfast or at least a minimum of snacks should be included as the price is not that cheap. The entrance could be made a bit more attractive. It is very like a cheap hotel type.

we have good stay in the hotel. the room seems to be comfort as we wanted. but only issue is one staff told us to breakfast is free and after we finished eating ,they gave us a bill of $60 to pay which we paid . another staff who gave us the bill said we're mix informed but they still have us paid that bill.

Hotel was very nice and the room was super comfortable and clean perfect for a weekend getaway.

Pros I booked this hotel because I was coming to see my girlfriend for the weekend and wanted to be close to the airport which it was. Very good business or weekend retreat if your looking for quiet and privacy. Excellent costumer service and great room comfort. Cons unless you plan on driving or catching a cab the area is very secluded however 5mins quick drive to the airport.

This is obviously a short stay type of hotel. There were flight crews in the lobby almost all the time. It's a terrible location. There is absolutely NOTHING near the hotel to go to and no place to eat except in the hotel where the food and drinks are way overpriced. I paid $9 for a single beer in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was expensive for very small portions. The room was very clean, but the coffee maker didn't work. The first time we told the staff about that someone came up to fix it and it worked once but then was broken again the next day. We finally got a replacement that worked. The staff did respond quickly when we complained about the machine. There was a lot of annoying ambient noise in the room. The bathroom had a loud fan that ran constantly and there was no way to shut it off. We had to close the bathroom door every night so the noise wouldn't bother us. Then inside the room itself, there was a constant loud humming coming from one area of the wall. We think it was where the HVAC unit was located. It varied in intensity based on how we adjusted the thermostat, but again never shut off. We were able to sleep through it but it was irritating. Some of the amenities (soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, coffee packets) weren't replaced as often as they should have been. I had to ask for additional toilet paper and toothpaste at one point. The bed was very comfortable and big. And the staff was generally very friendly and attentive. This hotel is OK to stay one or two nights if you are flying out and need to be by the airport, but other than that it wasn't a very good place to stay. Not fun, just practical.

I recommend anyone staying near JFK to stay at this hotel!!!!!! It was very clean and whole furniture is modern.

HOTEL WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE PARKING SITUATION WAS VERY POOR. NO PARKING LOT FOR GUESTS. ONLY ON STREET PARKING.

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott was absolutely wonderful. I found it to be rather comforting, and the staff was very friendly, and even willing to go out of their way to serve you, and cheer you up when you were feeling down! I was very much pleased with the level and quality of the hotel. I felt the hotel to have a somewhat home-like feeling, and I was very much happy about this. Thank you so very much for the experience!

No free onsite parking, but easy to find a nice place on the street

The staff is great. Friendly and professional. Rooms clean and comfortable. The only problem is that there is no parking lot so you have to spend $20 a day for valet parking, The valet service is quick and professional, but I"d prefer a lot. I'd stay there again.

Convenient to have the restaurant right there. We got in late and were able to relax. Friendly staff, fast service. Starbucks coffee. Shuttle to the airport.
