I was utterly disgusted with how dirty the room was to the point that I took pictures. If I could have received a refund and went to another hotel for the night I would have. There was so much dust in the room I could not keep my allergies under control witch kept me up all night. New food stains on the floor that clearly were not even attempted to be clean, dirt on the comforter, TV stand filthy, carpet not vacuumed property, bathroom dusty...... one of the worst rooms I have ever been in in my life. If my kids were not with me I would have absolutely made a big deal about it with management. Food was awful!!

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. Staff seemed to be spread just a bit thin in terms of the number of guests, both at the bar and when checking in. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the facilities seemed just a bit dated and worn, but clean. I thought this was a good value for what I paid on Orbitz but have stayed at many nicer Marriott properties.

Perfect location, close to the airport. The free shuttle service is also a perfect touch.

The experience was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. There is affordable valet parking and a shuttle that runs to and from JFK.

Location is good only for JFK, very humble restaurant, no restaurants within walking distance. But rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable. Personal is great.

Not much to say, overall overpriced but no big negatives. After a two week stay in China we stayed here to rest up after a 14 hour Air China flight. All the hotels we stayed in in China were much much better. This hotel has a snack bar for a restaurant and nothing but other hotels nearby.

The hotel service is excellent but the facility needs som TLC . The staff is excellent .

Everything was good, very nice personnel. The only problem was with the shower. The water came out and the bathroom was all wet

All good except the shuttle. Two times in two visits I had problems. Call from Airport phone linked to Marriott to be picked up. First time no show and had to hook arise with Hilton van. 2nd time had to call twice after waiting 40 min.

Didn’t spend a lot of time. Just slept.good location to airport. And close to where I parked the car ,at the spot.

Marriott Hotel is my favour Hotel. This hotel located next to JFK airport and they provide pick up and drop off service. Room is big and clean. Bed is so comfortable that I would stay whole day long. Will definitely come back next time.

They understand their role: to get people to the airport as efficiently as possible.

The location of the hotel was excellent, transportation to and from was done by the hotel shuttle. Quick service to the airport. Excellent for overnight stay on long layovers.

Clean updated hotel near airport. Could use more staff during night hours. Only one employee on night shift for an airport serving the New York vicinity. Ridiculous. The poor guy was juggling too many things. Room 1010 very clean.

Fast & convenient the people were very nice - i like a firm bed i should have said something !

Great room, great location and great staff. Staying there for a quick overnight connection is perfect.

good basic hotel fir night or two between flights
