If you're only staying one night, i recommend this place. Clean room, clean bathroom, bring your own towels though, and no smells. Would stay again.

The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth and fast however the daily housekeeping wasn’t done in a regular basis. The location is great close to the train station and to the stores. The room was ok but the fast that you can hear your neighbors doing their stuff wasn’t friendly. Breakfast was light snacks to take away ( cookies, cracker, juice and healthy snacks bars ). TBH I was looking forward for a served breakfast. Overall experience was good but the fast that i couldn’t sleep well some nights because you can clearly hear the screams and noise from the other room and also i thought that the breakfast was a hot served breakfast.

The room was nice, but the only chair was a folding metal chair. But it you can see the chair in their room preview photo, so I should not have been surprised. The rest of the room was furnished nicely, but I would have appreciated a better chair.

Our flight was cancelled and I had to find an overnight stay last minute. I booked a room at this hotel and when I arrived, there was no one in the lobby. I understand that people have other things to do, but I tried calling a few times and couldn’t contact anyone so I went to another hotel. My complaint is that when I tried to get a refund, I was denied because I didn’t have travel insurance. But travel insurance wouldn’t have covered that anyway so I don’t see how that’s relevant. I was there, I tried to check in, and no one was there to receive me. Was I supposed to just sit in the lobby all night?

Cute and affordable stay by JFK

This hotel gave us everything we needed for a short stay. Easy access to the subway, closeness to food, and a direct link to JKF. It gives you your basic necessities and the room service is always on time. The staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for a decent, easygoing stay.

Place was ok for an overnight while waiting for a flight at JFK. But there was a general sense of disrepair and lack of upkeep. Missing lights, broken USB outlets, wobbly fixtures, etc.

The bed was clean but the rest of the room was not. The shampoo and conditioner had been used. The breakfast was a grab and go bag so no opportunity to make any choices. And the contents of the bag were subpar.

There's no parking at the property. You have to park on the streets. The room was small, and the bathroom smells like urine. The cleaning staff, use the same elevator as the customers, carrying the garage and the cleaning supplies in the same elevator. Terrible.
