The hotel put us in a room next to security. The security did no work they had girls in and out of their office. I complained 3x and was told they were booked full and they will call security. Up to now I still did not get a proper response from management. And did i mention that I didn't sleep at all Horrible it was a waste of 189 a night It was a motel not a hotel

The breakfast buffet had both protein options, carb options, & plenty of coffee. The shuttle service was fast, 24 hrs a day leaving the hotel put about 15 min when you called for airport pickup. The only drawback was lack of dining options in the neighborhood. The Chicken Shack was a block away and was not a fast food fried chicken like I thought it would be. It was more like a family run Boston Market & we got a lot of real food for the money. Lack of seating at the restaurant but we ate in the room. The food stayed hot in the block transport.

HOTEL STAFF ARE VERY KIND. BED IS SO COMPORTABLE AND CLEAN I AM VERY SATISFIED.

It's a nice place for one night stop between the flights. The shuttle service was good, room is comfortable although small. The breakfast was great. Pretty cheap for the quality.

Needed a place near Manhattan at a decent price. Sleep Inn filled the role perfectly. Great room, super tidy, surprisingly good bed fittings and good bathroom. Did use bus and E subway to get into town in the morning and E line and taxi late at night. Sleep In was much better than expected...

good for an overnight stay. nothing extravagant. location close to airport. good customer service.

it was alright but a shady area relatively close to the airport / good for a place to sleep

My flight was delayed an entire day, so I had to book an extra night. The man at the front desk's tone of voice can come off as sharp and to the point, but he was actually quite helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Not much room to walk around, as the bed takes up 80, but that's NY.

We had to fly out at 6am from JFK so stayed the night before at the sleep inn. It was a clean room with decent facilities and the free shuttle got us to the airport on time. Staff were polite and service was OK. Miles away from any touristy things if that's what you're after.

you get what you pay for in nyc. room cleaning was bad - pill on the floor, no toilet paper. Otherwise, can't complain.

Staff very helpful. Great shuttle service. Met my needs

The hotel was very convenient to JFK, the hotel staff were super helpful and nice! Great deal for the convenience and location. Highly recommend! PS. The breakfast was just fine, typical of any hotel breakfast!

Very clean rooms. It's a very small hotel, but great for a short stay.

I chose this hotel because of the easy access off the belt parkway. The parking lot is very tight, but parking was allowed on the residential street surrounding the hotel. The room was small, made even smaller by my king sized bed, but the bed was comfortable and all the accomodations were uptodate, operational, and immaculate. I did not try the free continental breakfast, but noticed that the dining area was neat and efficient. Not recommended for children. No room to play and not condusive to playground antics. Business treavels will appreciate this.

Wonderful hotel for the location (if you want to live near JFK). The neighborhood is shady if you try to get to the hotel through NY subway but if you have a car and want to live next to this area then the hotel is great. Great breakfast; wonderfully maintained hotel with lovely rooms!!

I checked in Sleep Inn last Monday (July 28) in order to catch the next morning flight at 8:55 am. Although the room was quite small, it was clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and I had a real sound sleep. The staff members were helpful. They offered punctuate wake-up calls. Breakfast started at 6:00am and had quite a good variety. And most important of all, the free shuttle bus was super convenient (though you have to call them from the airport to make sure that they pick you up). In short, my experience with Sleep Inn was quite positive and would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay to catch the next morning flight.

Great!! Front Desk was friendly and helpful. Help with special parking was accomodating. Pleasant envronment.

The location is very convenient for flights into and out of JFK, with a free shuttle service. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was fine, but the fitted sheet was threadbare with a few small tears. There is a free breakfast with waffles, etc. but I did not partake so I cannot comment. Overall I would say this is a hotel I would only want to utilize when I need to get to the airport in a hurry.

The hotel's convenience to JFK airport was a plus. The neighborhood - granted I didn't know the neighborhood and being without a car - left few options for dinner. The room was quite comfortable but noisy outside. The staff was great.

nice place for the price. clean, fridge in the room, breakfast. NO INTERNET!!!!!!!!
