Very nice receptionist. Pretty clean room. Excellent price for value and service. Highly recommend!

No hot water. When we called the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms and to run the hot water for 10 minutes.

Close to airport, free shuttle and free breakfast after being stranded at airport. hotel staff was great.

Checking was seamless and quick. The room was clean and comfortable, although the beds were a little too plush for my liking. Overall a nice place to stay.

The room was nice and very clean. Somebody help me with my luggage. They answer all my questions like the time and how often the shuttle to the airport was.

I showed up around 11pm so most of the amenities were closed.

They provided a breakfast bag since we had to leave before 6:30am. It was greatly appreciated.

Liked convenient location near LaGuardia. One evening we grabbed coffee from the lobby and it was stone cold out of the dispensers. Also, pretty sure we requested a mini fridge with our reservation, but there wasn't one provided. We didn't ask for one, just settled without it but would've been good to have for storing insulin.

This property upholds Hilton standards and we had a late check in and they were accommodating.

Great staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Nice breakfast and it was free!

I liked that it had a smoking room for me. I have no more to say.
