The bed is too soft, and noisy

The hotel entrance and lobby/reception area undergoing re-construction. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff taking care of the executive floor cafe/lounge, particularly Lisa, were professional, friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Average hotel with average amenities. Not overly impressed.

Staff was very friendly, check in was easy. The valet service was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, beds were soft and clean. I appreciated the fact there was a desk and armchair to sit at as my partner and I had to eat in the room and had to make due using the desk and armchair. Luckily there was a small table (that had the cups on it) that doubled as a little eating area for the armchair. Location is exactly what I wanted, in the middle of a lot of good Asian food. The only reason I gave an “ok” for state of property is because it is undergoing construction which made getting in and out of the hotel mildly tedious but staff made up for it where they could. Otherwise our stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. Great location and staff.

I killed two very large roaches in my room during my three night stay. Maybe this is typical of NY but not acceptable to me.

I specifically requested 2 double beds when I made reservation on line but they offered a king size bed. They did give a room with 2 double beds after I insisted 2 double beds. The TV and phone were unplug and I have to request service. The shower doesn't work and it was late and my friend is already asleep when I returned to the room. End up have to kind of taking a tub bath and wash my hair by kneeling under the tub faucet which is terrible since we just arrived from a 11 hours flight from oversea. During checkout the girl at the counter told us we have to pull hard in order for the shower to work. There was no instruction on how to operate because it doesn't have a regular knob to pull.

the room was a great size. very good view and really bad service.

Great hotel for family or business stay. Location is awesome, where there are so many restaurants within steps away.

Good for business trip. convenient location. If someone have business schedule in Flushing, NY .

The hotel location is good for those people who like Chinese food, but it is a little bit far from Manhattan. It takes a long time to take the subway. The price is ok compared with other hotels. Anyway, anything is expensive here in NY

Room was clean, front desk staffs were very efficient and helpful. but the internet speed was awful, it will be difficult to find another 512k nowadays.

I stayed at this hotel when I was stranded after a flight cancellation. Fairly close to LaGuardia and they run a free shuttle back and forth, so no need to get a cab. It's also right next to a subway station, so you can get into the city very easily. It's also right in the middle of an Asian district, so lots of amazing Asian food options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only annoyance is that they didn't have ample plugs for electronics, but that's typical.

average hotel with a Chinese theme. staff speak Chinese and English

We have relatives who live in Forest Hills and since there are no hotels there, this is a fairly nearly pet friend alternative where our small dog is welcome without an additional fee. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is in a very congested neighborhood, so getting in and out can be challenging without a GPS or good sense of direction.

The hotel is located at the center of Flushing where it been severely air populated. The room ac is so loud.

There are so many good restaurants, bars close to this hotel. The staffs are good and friendly,

I stayed there for 2 nights. If you like Asian food you will be able to eat many Asian food around the hotel since the hotel is located in Flushing. It's a little bit inconvenient to go to Manhattan if you don't drive because it takes about 40 minutes subway to Manhattan. Parking was great it cost only 16 dollars per.

In a way, the location is very convenient to shops and restaurants, especially Asian Foods.
