I killed two very large roaches in my room during my three night stay. Maybe this is typical of NY but not acceptable to me.

I specifically requested 2 double beds when I made reservation on line but they offered a king size bed. They did give a room with 2 double beds after I insisted 2 double beds. The TV and phone were unplug and I have to request service. The shower doesn't work and it was late and my friend is already asleep when I returned to the room. End up have to kind of taking a tub bath and wash my hair by kneeling under the tub faucet which is terrible since we just arrived from a 11 hours flight from oversea. During checkout the girl at the counter told us we have to pull hard in order for the shower to work. There was no instruction on how to operate because it doesn't have a regular knob to pull.

the room was a great size. very good view and really bad service.

Great hotel for family or business stay. Location is awesome, where there are so many restaurants within steps away.

Good for business trip. convenient location. If someone have business schedule in Flushing, NY .

The hotel location is good for those people who like Chinese food, but it is a little bit far from Manhattan. It takes a long time to take the subway. The price is ok compared with other hotels. Anyway, anything is expensive here in NY

Room was clean, front desk staffs were very efficient and helpful. but the internet speed was awful, it will be difficult to find another 512k nowadays.

I stayed at this hotel when I was stranded after a flight cancellation. Fairly close to LaGuardia and they run a free shuttle back and forth, so no need to get a cab. It's also right next to a subway station, so you can get into the city very easily. It's also right in the middle of an Asian district, so lots of amazing Asian food options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only annoyance is that they didn't have ample plugs for electronics, but that's typical.

average hotel with a Chinese theme. staff speak Chinese and English

We have relatives who live in Forest Hills and since there are no hotels there, this is a fairly nearly pet friend alternative where our small dog is welcome without an additional fee. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is in a very congested neighborhood, so getting in and out can be challenging without a GPS or good sense of direction.

The hotel is located at the center of Flushing where it been severely air populated. The room ac is so loud.

There are so many good restaurants, bars close to this hotel. The staffs are good and friendly,

I stayed there for 2 nights. If you like Asian food you will be able to eat many Asian food around the hotel since the hotel is located in Flushing. It's a little bit inconvenient to go to Manhattan if you don't drive because it takes about 40 minutes subway to Manhattan. Parking was great it cost only 16 dollars per.

In a way, the location is very convenient to shops and restaurants, especially Asian Foods.

This hotel had very helpful friendly shuttle, desk, guest services, and concierge staff. They informed us of good places to eat, the safety of the neighborhood, and the willingness to give us helpful advice. This is located in NYC's second Chinatown at the end of the 7 line which made it very convenient to get in to Manhattan. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant had o good breakfast. We will probably come to stay here again.

Comfy room, decent view and great location if you're into authentic or even fusion Asian foods.

The hotel is 10 minutes from LaGuardia in the middle of what may be America's largest Asian community. Rooms are large, airy and very well appointed and both the shopping and dining in the surrounding neighborhood is outstanding.

Overall the hotel was very clean...the only restaurant there had a party both times we attempted to eat there. There was no signs or directions for the conference we were attending and staff had a hard time figuring out where the conference was being held. Rooms are not sound proof at all. We had a room next to the elevators in which we could hear them beeping every time someone got on our off. You could hear the conversations of people walking up and down the hallway talking at normal talking level.

Nice hotel. I wish the hotel's Wifi connection will getting better.
