It was a nice experience to stay in this however. Convenient and walking distance to restaurants. The hotel is nice itself. The only thing about this is that the floor is dirty. My toddler was waking around Our room barefoot and her feet got dirty.

I booked this hotel after carefully applying a filter for a hotel with shuttle near JFK. To my surprise, the hotel only had shuttle to La Guardia and it costed me unexpected time and money to get from and to JFK. This is yet another Expedia unresolved problem.

The hotel is nice, but located in what appears to be an Asian neighborhood. They even have the hotel name in Chinese on the building. Felt very unsafe and we were literally the only white people there. TERRIBLE!!! Especially for the price.

I had to pay for transport from jfk airport to hotel and back next day when your hotel .com advertise free shuttle bus from and to airport However it does not specify only LGA airport Called to cancel and they told me to call Expedia I book it thru you hotel. Com Had to pay 100$ in transportation to and from hotel to jfk airport
