Excellent service! Mirko went above and beyond to make our stay was comfortable. Location is great and convenient, with lots of great restaurant options nearby. We were upgraded to studio suites and the rooms were very spacious and very comfortable.

Arrived and we were greeted by a very professional and friendly Front Desk staff who processed us very quickly. The parking staff members were friendly. Parking was a little more than expected. Room and hotel overall were were very clean and all amenities mentioned in agreement were provided. Buffet breakfast was a nice add with friendly dining staff, Hotel should have a fixed price arrangement with parking vendor for all of its guests.

Beautiful property, and they upgraded me to a suite for no additional charge. The complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch, too. I had a 6am flight out of LGA, so I was thankful for the hotel's 24hr shuttle service.
