The mattress was crap, literally sitting on top of painted plywood. Only one out of the three elevators worked the entire time, 4 days straight, and was told they'd been out of service for a while. It was a high rise cut above a Motel6.

This property was left vacant after Covid for many years and has never been maintained. There were dirt and stains, holes in the sheets in a terrible odor in the room. I reached out to Management multiple times and there is only one person supposedly available to resolve a refund who has yet to get back to me.

Everything was great and worked properly. Extremely close to all the subway stations, the oculus, one World Trade Center, Wall Street and plenty to eat and drink around. Only recommendation is more towels but we asked and received right away. Great view from the bar area

When I saw the reviews online I was scared but on getting there it wasn’t bad for the money I paid. My problem was the rooftop,they didn’t indicate on the website that the rooftop was accessible only to their residents, I book this hotel because of the rooftop I was to use it to celebrate my birthday but they just ruined it, I am so mad

This is an incredibly poor experience for a very high price. Broken everything - elevators, room fixtures, gym equipment - and no amenities outside your room. First night, one elevator was working - and only half the buttons. By the last night I was waiting 10 minutes to get in the service elevator.
