Close to Park Ave for easy walks to shopping, dining and site seeing. Wonderful attentive staff, and Bonsaii restaurant onsite was so good we ate the majority of our meals there. Will definitely book again when in NYC.

I was recommended to stay at this hotel by a friend. I loved the convenient location as I was travelling alone. Close to many major NYC attractions. Jeanie on the front desk was very friendly and recommended a great, local restaurant for brunch. Margaret in house keeping was really friendly too, very nice staff ☺️

very nice design. front desk kindly waived the early check in fee, I was able to get my room at 12pm. room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. excellent size for nyc. the view from my room (20th floor) was excellent. The staff were very kind, especially the bell man Syed. The area around the hotel is not that exciting, and has a real lack of places to eat that are open late in the surrounding blocks (only chains and one place nearby). Sidewlk is closed on the corner of Lexington Ave, so it required walking through an enclosed detour which was not ideal, being a solo female. But hotel is walking distance to shopping on 5th Ave, etc.

The hotel was nice. The room was super clean and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The shampoo/conditioner smelled so good I actually bought some from the same brand when I got home.

This was our second time staying at Concorde and we love it. Very convenient to get to Grand Central Station to take the train to the U.S. Open (about a 10 or 15 min walk). Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is huge for NYC. Location is perfect, felt very safe walking around at night. Love that there’s a restaurant. Would definitely stay again!

The room was great -- very clean, the bed was so comfortable. I loved that there was full cable access on the TV. The room had a big window with natural light. The bathroom was large (for New York standards!) with both a shower and a bathtub. The location is convenient for exploring Manhattan. The lobby had an intense perfume scent which was off-putting. The hallway to my hotel room smelled like old cigarettes. The doors slammed loudly, which vibrated my door and required earplugs. These were relatively minor though, and overall the stay met my expectations!

Great hotel choice

2nd time staying here for a quick NYC getaway. Great location and very clean and modern hotel room. The only downsides were poor sound proofing for the room door so hallway noises were easily heard and a leaky shower door.
