Lovely room in a great location. A Small hotel but fantastic

Feels like not enough staff. No door person many times. Bell person non attentive. Hotel management very attentive to insure customer satisfaction. Very refreshing.

Nice. Clean. Well located. It was my son's birthday and they were kind enough to surprise him with balloons, a cute teddy bear, cake and milk for three! Much appreciated>

as above always relaxing to be there toured many locations without having to use transit

Despite booking and paying for the room months in advance and requesting an upper level, we were placed on a lower lever and the room was not at all comfortable. Cold air was emanating from the window area and the heater was very loud keeping us awake at night. This room needed maintenance cosmetically and functionally.

Staff goes above and beyond for the guests. They treat you like family.

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely best location for Rockefeller Center, Radio City music hall, the Empire state building and Central park all within walking distance. Shopping and dining everywhere nearby along with Times Square. Junior Suite was a quiet oasis after the crazy city all day. Workout room has modern treadmills.

It was close to time square, has easy access to subway, walking distance to central park, fifth avenue.

The Michelangelo hotel is in a great location, nicely appointed with a friendly and helpful staff. Our only negative was on check out finding out about a $40 per night Residence Fee being tacked on that they claim was in the small print of the terms. Poor...

We stayed at the hotel for just one night. The experience was really very good. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was very nice and comfortable. Being centrally located close to Times Square gave us great options for food and shopping. Defiantly recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. We will be back.

I like the central location and the quiet character of this hotel.

We wanted a hotel close to the experience of times square. After searching selected this hotel knowing that it was priced at the top end of our range. There was a deli around the corner where we did most of our eating and take away. The room was a quiet sanctuary and was so quick and convenient to make the quick pit stop instead of looking for a bathroom. Essentially the perfect spot. We could walk to central park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and of course the theaters. The other wise perfect and spacious room need to update room to include USB charging ports. The otherwise spacious bathroom was lux and had wonderful and plentiful towel had water pressure lacking. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I only wish you included the service charge of 40 a day in room rate. Did not expect it to be that high. Just to use the phone and internet

Comfy room and really excellent mattress in the King room. Great location too. Definitely a hotel to come back to.

This is usually my 1st of hotels to stay at in the City.

Amazing hotel. Will definitely stay here again. As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing. Staff is great. Very classy joint. Room is huge. Chairs/bed comfortable and clean. Not a single complaint

We have stayed many times at the Michaelangelo and have always had a good experience. We like the size of the room and it has a dressing area and large size bath as well. The location is a good one and is easy to walk in all different directions. This past visit we noticed that the Hotel is needing to be updated. Things looked a little worn around the edges. Just think it is time for a little decorating.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful, especially with directions, subway locations and recommendations!
