Great location.Very accommodating staff!! Have stayed many times and will definitely return!!

It was a disappointing trip for the following reasons: Two bedrooms - both had clogged bathroom tub drains Staff at breakfast was rude Overall mismanaged property with old dilapidated building in need of repair and updates. My car came back with a scratch from valet parking to top it off

It is a great location. It is close to the Theater District so we were able to walk to see the shows without relying on public transportation. It is also convenient to subway stations for easy access to many of the sights to see in NYC. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable.

The hotel's location was great. Times Square was within walking distance of the property. The management was also accomadating to our needs since we wanted to leave our luggage there early before check in. However, when we checked into our room, there were stains in the floor and there was a mustiness smell to the room. Management dealt with the situation pretty quickly and gave us a different room. What I liked about the hotel was the efficiency and professionalism the staff showed when our room was not to our satisfaction. Also, it was our anniversary, so management left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. That was pretty sweet of management. Things I didnt like about the hotel were, mustiness smell in our original room, stains on the floor and also, there was no shampoo and conditioner in our room. This room was a mini suite so of course you would think you would get these amenities but obviously housekeeping overlooked this oversight. When I called down to housekeeping, shampoo and conditioner were given to us within 5 minutes. The hotel needs to be updated. It seems like a pretty old hotel. Overall, my husband and I had a great time. Thank you.

Location was great front desk staff a bit rude and room was very dark and no view

Close to times square older property but clean good price

Fantastic location close to Times Square but quiet. Staff is outstanding and long tenured.

Location only, property tired personnel not particularly helpful.

I loved the size of the property and the location was amazing. I didn’t like the fact that there was no small fridge or microwave. There was a mini bar fridge but no room inside for anything except what the hotel had placed in it. The room doors would also slam shut (at least I know the one across the hall from my room did). They need to put soft close springs on them. It would actually vibrate my wall every time the door would close. At some points up to 15 times in one hour☹️🥺.

luxury hotel in best location....walk to everything

Never a bad experience. The staff is superior and the location is also great. The only thing they could improve on is providing a reasonably priced cup of coffee.

A beautiful hotel in a prime location. Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed and good service. It would have been nice to have a coffee-maker in the room but the neighboring deli's and cafes had excellent coffee. The large bathtub and bidet were an added plus in the room. Overall we had a delightful experience in this charming hotel

They charged me $100 for resort or whatever that is fee. It’s hotel not a resort. Why they charged resort fee?

A beautiful hotel! I love staying here when I go to the city!

The hotel was near everything and the suite was just beautiful! It was my fiancé’s birthday and we had the best time
