This was a nice hotel, but we were under the impression that a "W" hotel is "fancier." The location was right in the middle of everything and despite how noisy Times Square is, we were not disturbed while trying to sleep. Our view was boring - just a rooftop and all the screens blocked our view to Broadway.

Everything stood out…staff was GREAT..rooms are small but GREAT…we stayed at the W in Times Square but due to the bad weather that was headed to our hometown of Nashville, we had to leave early, so the staff let us leave early and refunded our money with no problem…that says a lot right there…

The room quality needs a little love and the fridge was broken. The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel, a little dark with the lighting but it smelled great.
