The floor that we stay will smell from drugs and smell from dust we couldn't to see any view of the of the water they told us it's going to be a ocean view ocean front view

My sister and I stayed here previously and had a great stay both times. The staff are so wonderful and friendly, and the location is great :)

Nice neighborhood. Clean. Friendly. Bar a little overpriced.

I didn’t enjoy the view of the other buildings but the building was nice and the staff was excellent which made up for it.

Nice room for a good price..lessnoise andcongestion than midtown, easy subway access

Great location and views from the rooms. The breakfast is overpriced (as most things in NYC) but in this case it is the equivalent (or less) of what many hotels in other parts of the country offer for free with an $89 room.

I loved the room, location, cleanliness, and stuff on front desk. I did not liked their breakfast service. I came on breakfast that I paid $17, I had to remind three time to give a cup of tea, than my kid a juice than another kid a water. They had fruits, but I could not eat them ( melons). They, also, had a pineapple, and I allergic to it. I asked for melons without pineapple touch them, and they did not accommodate me, instead they suggested me to do not eat it. Then, they had waffle maker, and their waffle batter was over after making two waffle; I asked for more, and this waitress made a smaller waffle with less batter and she did not bring more as I requested. I will not use their restaurant again for sure, if I will come back. I had better service in Holiday Inn, at their free breakfast which was way better in 2,5 hotel than in this Hilton. I should make photos for you to see what they serve for $25. It is so bad, bacon and potatoes were literally burned and dried. I basically ate 1 yogurt and two roasts with jelly and a cup of cheap tea for $17+ tax+tip. I do not even know why I lived them a tip.

I went up to NY for my son's graduation from The Kings College so this was an excellent location and an excellent deal. I am not a New Yorker so I had to ask staff for directions a couple of times. They were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Pretty hotel. Not near anything beware. Good service

I liked how close it was to the metro. And to the ferry. I didn't like that we never received clean sheets in the 4 nights we stayed. The fan in the bathroom was broken. And when they changed our towels we didn't receive washcloths. I called the front desk the first time. I didn't receive them for anther 2 hours they brought us hand towels instead of wash cloths. I was told I couldn't get a wash cloth for another 4 hours. The next time they changed the towels I saw the house keeping in the elevator and told them I need wash cloths. Another couple in the elevator told house keeping they had not received any towels at all. We came in very late and found hand towels instead of wash cloths. I didn't call front desk because we were tired and had to leave at 5 am for the plane. Very disappointed. The manager used the excuse that house keeping had trouble with English and communication. Training is needed on how to put the bathroom together and maybe test them. I usually stay at La Quinta or Comfort Inn. Where breakfast is included and have no issues with house keeping. I thought Hilton was as good as these girls but I was filled and will be going back to the tried and true. Very disappointed.

Convenient location, but generally must cross street for ride share and taxi.

Didnt have room for me or our colleague. Said they called me but then said my phone number via Orbitz was missing the area code and only Orbitz' address was sent over with my name so they couldn't look me up on Hilton Honors member database. No more using Orbitz for hotels!

Great hotel, Hard to find parking in the area though
