Very bad , never again , will never go back to this hotel again .

Great location if you wanna hang out in China town. Very convenient

The room was extremely humid. People at the desk non so much friendly, I was there only for one night.

Bad smell It needs a good renovation The price advertised increased at reservation

Nothing unique just a hotel to spend a night. No hot water on the sink facility looks old but clean a little pricy this is why was a 2 start and I will rate it the same.

My late night desk clerk was very accommodating. I had a delayed flight ...lost track of check in date and he swiftly thought to push my stay early and swapped days.. Thanks!

Simple accommodations. Not fancy, but clean and everything worked. Close to subway. Close to many restaurants. Area atmosphere very similar to a Chinese city.

Room was freezing when I arrived.. took most of the night to warm up with the lukewarm heater barely blowing out heat. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Eventually the shower hot water heated up.. not too familiar with the area... I believe it was in Chinatown in NYC. Google maps has the exact location a bit off. It took about 25 minutes to get to JFK at 4:30am

The hotel itself was fine. I chose it because I was attending the US Open Tennis Tournament and it’s location was very convenient. The room was clean and the nothing was wrong with it. The main problem was the hotel staff. They are generally unfriendly, they do not pick up the phone. I tried to call before checking in to ask about parking as I was traveling from out of town. Because they never picked up the phone it was very confusing on check in day and I winded up parking at a lot across the street that was more than the hotel parking and to make matters worse, when I asked about parking they told me that there are only 5 spots available for hotel guests. This hotel staff is not friendly to guests particularly those that are not of the Chinese heritage that dominates that part of Flushing Queens.

I had the experience from hell after booking this hotel on Orbitz. After having multiple flight cancellations and delays I booked a night here. Once I got to the hotel at 10:00 pm they refused to honour my orbitz reservation. After a good hour on the phone with the helpful staff at orbtiz they finally gave me a room. As a woman travelling alone I have never had a scarier experience. I must add the Front desk staff grace was trying to get me to cancel my orbitz reservation because she said I booked on a lower rate than the hotel. She wanted me to cancel my orbitz reservation and book through the hotel. It seemed like a scam. It was so stressful. Never again would I stay there!!!!

While the hotel location, cleanliness and comfort was great for a layover from LGA, I have an issue with a copy of my ID being made w/o notifying me or requesting my permission during check-in. When I questioned the clerk he said it was for verification that I was the resident and I could have it back when I checked out. He was pleasant about it and it was nearly midnight and I didn’t want to go to a different location. The manager on duty at check-out said it was for the FBI/CIA/Police and yelled that I could call 911 if I didn’t like the policy. Ridiculous response and. It true. I won’t stay again for this reason and his unnecessarily rude behavior. Other than that, the room is a good for overnight or short stays and proximity to LGA.

Nice clean hotel close to jfk airport and La Guardia Airports , very convenient to all your needs restaurants and shopping almost everything is in there .. staff are friendly ..

First, upon arrival the staff couldn't find our reservation, which i pre-paid a month in advance. The room was expensive considering that the coffee maker was broken, the sink handle constantly fell off, the floor made our feet dirty, the fridge froze everything, and the place smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection but everything was overcooked and the waffle machine didn't work right. There is nowhere to load in or out from a car unless you park in their lot, which is completely unlabeled.

I think the staff works with the separate parking across the street and the incredibly rude man working there who charged us much more than the posted prices to get our rental car back. There is metered parking on the street by the hotel so that is what we used after our initial ordeal.

It was just ok. In the heart of Chinatown in Flushing. Room only had mirror over bathroom sink. Hotel advertised wi-for but did not have it when I was there. Breakfast was awful.

Quiet and clean and reasonably priced. Better than staying at one of the airport hotels.
