Best Western Queens Court Hotel

I stayed here several times in the past. Location is great for food, lots of restaurants almost outside the front door. 7 Train station 2 blocks north. Rooms are clean and vary in size, so look at the description carefully. The small rooms are very small indeed, barely enough room to lay a suitcase flat on the floor. For the comparative price I would put up with it. I suggest upgrading to the larger rooms if available. This time I was assigned the Handicap Access room which is quite large. It's in the basement, so there's no view. Free breakfast is available from 7 am on a Sunday. I had to leave for LGA airport so didn't get a chance to eat. No airport shuttle. Cab ride is about $20. Other hotels in the vicinity that have shuttles charge higher room rates, so factor that in when you choose a hotel.

It was nice, close to the subway. Good location. I was hoping they would have a shuttle from airport. I took a taxi. Next time I will pick hotel with shuttle. Stuff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Nice area

All the staff shouting and yelling at custumers. They think they only need to serve for Chinese but also bad attitude They don't help you out when you have to change your room.. never can find any house keeping close around

When we arrived it was already past 3pm but the room was NOT DONE and the lady in the front was RUDE, she ask for my credit card and I let her know we have already paid. Then she said even if you have already paid, you still have to give me your credit card because how will we know if you will or will not steal from us and if you do, we can charge it to your card. If she would have been a lot nicer about that, we would have no problem. But the attitude and the way she speaks to people she should not be a front desk associate. She made it seem as if we were criminals. Once we got into our room, like I said before it was dirty.

this hotel is great for checking out flushing while flying in and out of LGA. A dozen restaurants surround the city block, easily accessible and they open late. The hotel itself is very basic. I remember asking for non-smoking yet the room smelled like cigarettes.

It was a good hotel for me and my friends. It was near metro and there were many great restaurants.

I checked trip-advisor travelers' photos before booking this hotel. It looked a little messy/dirty online but I still booked it due to the reasonable price. And the hotel turned out to be much better than I imagined!!! The room is cozy and much cleaner. Free wifi and free breakfast. Everything is Fine for a 3-star hotel. Parking is $15/night - a little pricy but it is NYC. The location is perfect if you are a Chinese fan looking for food as me. The only thing is I can not check-in early like 10am, and when I checked out, front desk kept calling me (4 times within 30 mins) to empty the room before 12. I guess they are running very busy!

I have been there for two nights. The location is very convenient. It's 2 minutes walk to train 7 and has many restaurants nearby. The room is relatively small and the facility is relatively old. But overall, it is OK.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The issue was with the parking in the lot closest to the hotel. I stayed at the hotel for one night and pre-paid for the nights parking when I drive in. The fool that was there the next morning was trying to shake me down for another nights rate ($15.00) insisting that my car had been there for 2 nights. I suggest that the hotel makes a better arrangement with this lot and provides their guests with some documentation about the stay upon check-out. The parking rate was fine for NY but a hotel guest should not need to go through this form of harassment when the hotel is sending them clientele on a regular basic. The General Manager should share this review with the Parking Lot Company Management. Luckily, I had my reservation information in the car to prove it to the fool.

it s very close to Chinese food court!u can always fine a Chinese speaker in here.

Hotel is decent overall except for the restaurant smell on the Lobby level. But nice clean room and central to flushing area

This hotel is close to everything, food, subway, bus, etc. We enjoy the stay there. The room is clean, except it is somewhat small. This hotel has good value compare with other hotels nearby.

Carpet can be a little better. Others are fine. Value is great for the area.

After 8 days of traveling all over the East Coast my wife and I just wanted a good nights sleep before leaving in the morning for our 11 hour flight back home. Unfortunately, we did not get to the hotel until 10:30 pm and did not have a lot of patients to deal with the rude lady at the front desk. Long story short, some how we were booked in a a smoking room instead of the non-smoking room we had requested. front desk lady told us that she would not change our room to a non-smoking (even though they had several available) unless we paid an extra $20.00 which I refused to do. I asked for a manager and she said he was not on sight, but then proceeded to speak with The Manager who was in an adjoining room and listening to our conversation. After 20 minutes of "discussion" the manager agree to give us one of the available non-smoking rooms without an added fee. Worst experience after a long trip and especially since this was our first (and last) time staying at this type of hotel. (the shower curtain was also moldy) On a positive note, in the morning a man at the front desk helped us get a ride to JFK and was very friendly and helpful.

The BWQCH is one of the more intimate and cozy BW's I have stayed in. The Chinese restaurant on the bottom level and private in suite bathrooms are additional perks, as are the Manhattan skyline views from the east and south facing rooms and the wide opening windows to let the breeze in. The one minor issue I would raise are with the outlets, which are few and in awkward places. 4/5 would stay again

Run by Chinese, it's located near the main st. Very convenient!

The hotel located in the heart of Flushing, surrounded by a good selection of Chinese restaurants. It's only 3 minutes walk away from the subway 7 line. The room is warm and clean. Overall it's worth what it costs.

Good rooms, location. Hallways need heating, staff was so so.

Was very hesitant about the stay after reading several negative reviews such as the room being to small, walls being thin, and the staff being rude. After arriving I was pleasantly surprised when the staff was very friendly and helpful and after arriving to my room I found it to be quite large. Only one moment when I could hear people, but they were passing in the hallway, no different from any other hotel I have stayed at. Overall I had a great experience.

The location is great, others just average. If you like eating Chinese food, this hotel is a great choice. Many Chinese restaurant around the hotel.
