Need to drive or ride the bus to go to downtown Flushing for more food. It is really close by bus but just a bit too far to walk and a bit too much hassle to drive. Noise control is limited by the building. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site.

Very nice staff at front desk, nice and helpfull. The kept our luggage after the checkout time, so we had time to go to the us open and come back to the hotel, pick up luggage and go to the airport. Super convenient, also full of parking available for free.

Room service was terrible the beds seats have holes looks very old and was very loose didn't hold on the mattress , we was sleeping in the uncover mattress with out covered with seats because was loose , and small. 4 days only 2 times Room service no Towles , no remove the Garbage, garbage all over the place , very expensive for this very poor service hotel. The building is beautiful in and out and very clean , great renovation and that was the only good thing about.

The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in a few weeks, there were stains in the bathtub, hair in the shampoo and in the bathtub, the shower curtain had mold on it... The toilet was also still dirty from the last guest...Our room key worked half of the time, we had to ask the reactivate it almost 5 times. I never write bad reviews, but I was really disappointed.

It was good for what it was. If the toom is close to the elevator, you will hear everyone who take it. You alone hear the plane. Our card wasnt working on the second day. Cleaning staff forgot to gave us body wash and we had ask multiple time to have it. But the room was clean, bed comfortable, a lot of transport option near, and parking. So for the price, it was good, we slept well!

The unique thing about the property was that the units were super tiny. No ice bucket found in my unit. The iron table kept latching off and was not able to stay in its position. I ended up getting a unit next to stairwell and it was super active. Nonetheless it was an okay place

The toilet will only flush if you press it a certain way and takes a few tries sometimes. The staff was not helpful with trying to adjust the water pressure or fix the issue. There was no body wash and the shampoo/conditioner looks like a bunch of random cheap brands so you're better off just bringing your own. The towels smell and don't dry well and the hairdryer was broken. The bathroom sink gets blocked by the door. We booked a room with a refrigerator but the room did not have one. The room is extremely small (basically a tiny dorm room but minus a closet) and our room had an obnoxiously large mirror right next to the bed. It's a super budget hotel so you get what you pay for - keep your expectations to a minimum
