The staff and shuttle service were the real mvps during this stay. The shuttle service from LGA was convenient, brisk and timely with friendly and cautious drivers. The staff overall were attentive and sought ways to enhance the experience. Specially, Andrew went above and beyond his primary duties ensuring that our stay was memorable. Do not miss out on the rooftop bar with stunning vistas of the NYC skyline. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!
