I had an amazing stay at the voco Fiorello Hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. We arrived at midnight after a long day of traveling, they initially could not find the Travelocity booking, but later found it under expedia apparently. This was only after waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby exhausted with a line of customers. Once they found "us" the rest of the stay was enjoyable, nice rooms.

Blow dryer was broken which left the family going out in the cold with wet hair to catch an ammonia for 4 days and 3 nights as housekeeping was not available.
