The staff was very calm and easy to get along with and also the room very clean very clean the shower was a good shower The bed was very comfortable needed more channels for TV but was but was adequate. Need to make easier to get into the motel muscular man steps with the luggage lift did not work

I booked this for a co-worker=, but he didn't speak Chinese so he was uncomfortable.

No parking or wi-fi as stated. Staff not very friendly. close proximity to food and shopping.

The room was ok for the price I suppose but there were a few things that I didn't like too much. First, I reserved a room for two with a Queen size bed. There was a Queen bed but also a twin bed as well. Also there was no hot water for the sink, fortunately the shower didn't have this issue. If you are looking for room last minute (as I was) then this hotel is a good option. If you have time to look at other options though do that.

It was a nice location, easy to get to. But there was no food restraunts around, but asian paces which was bothersome and also it was too basic, the hotel room that is. no microwave and no fridge

The hotel and the room were clean and cozy. Shower was horrible. Reached late in the night and the person at desk got frustrated when I asked couple of questions. He could have handled it better but Its ok

Best place to stay while visiting NY. Very near to train station to travel to downtown.

Located in Flushing, the Chinatown. Close to Subway 7, and it takes about 45 min to Times Sq.

It's close to the subway 7 line Flushing station. It takes about 45 min to Times Sq by subway. The free breakfast is simple but ok. There are many Chinese grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The room is quite small but well decorated. The price is reasonable. Overall, it's a good choice for NYC travelers.

great hotel in convenient location...the quilt was so soft and warm...the water of the shower is very abundant....i will definitely come back again if i visit nyc....two block from no. 7 subway train....

I needed a quick place to stay close to where my business was transpiring and it was the only thing available in a pinch. There was no parking so I had to park two blocks away in public parking and walk to hotel with bags. Then the room was very small and staff minimally cordial. The breakfast was excellent and morning management very nice.

Great Location at downtown Flushing; close to public transportation and restaurants. Overall, it's an average place. But what is important is a clean room in a safe area. We had a room in the rear. No view but quiet. Only major noise is from the airplanes from LaGuardia, depends on the flight path of the day.

The staff was outstanding! They had a taxi waiting for me and helped with everything I needed in my visit. The rooms were paper thin in the walls though so I could hear everything, every tv, and every conversation on the floor. That excluded, it was clean, warm, and surrounded by great places to eat!

hotel was not that clean, but breakfast was provided.

This is a simple small hotel that is truly a pleasant surprise that surpassed my expectations not only for the value during a major storm crisis (where hotel rooms all over NYC were tight and prices kept going up beyond normal) but for the overall comfort such as the convenient location in Flushing, the adequate amenities such as free continental breakfast and 24 hr. free coffee & tea at the lobby. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accomodating and the hotel manager, Mr. Yau, courteous and professional.

small but cozy and good location there are so many place to dine

Convinient location and friendly staff, other than that this is an overpriced, noisy, small hotel with uncomfortable bed and pillow. One can clearly hear hotel guest at end of hall close their door day and night.

I check in almost midnight. The room was #B01 by the stairway, elevator and so closed to the lobby with main door. I knew the room was small by the reviews but didn't know that small and by all the high traffic walk way. The key for the door was not work fine. I had to ask the staff to help me to open it. I asked the staff if there was another room that I can moved to. He said there were no more room the last room was reserved. I thought I made the reseveration, too. The staff accidentially charge me again, he didnt reliaze I got charge by orbitz already. I didn't stay, I checked out at 12am something. I can't stay there. It was alwful.

Clean but rather a lttle small room but with a great staff.

This place is located at a place too difficult to get to and the rooms are very inconvenient for older and handicapped persons.
