Nice hotel, very upscale modern Japanese decor. Staff were nice and accommodating. The phone didn’t work in my room, minor nitpick and the WiFi was a bit unreliable. Still a nice property.

Great property terrible parking didn’t like the way to turn the lights on

Room was Ice cold when we entered it. There are no instructions on how to ope or close these sophisticated modern state of the art lights. Spend half of the time trying to open or close a light. I am tech savvy ,but they out paced me here... Still no clue..... heating system still blows hot air when you bring it down to the 60 something degree temperature. Air is very dry, woke up with a little bloody nose, haven't had that since I was a kid! Hotel looks pretty though, but functionality probably was ,missed in the design. Also cheap bathroom signs that say if you steal an individualized item it will cost you x-amount of dollars... too tacky for me! If you a classy hotel loose the cheap image signs in the bathroom about stealing a wash cloth......

The shelving and cabinets were all dusty. The carpet runner looks like it’s never been cleaned or vacuumed. The space behind the dresser was filled with dust and dead bugs. And then a roach crawled out from under the desk. GROSS........ It looks like the room had not been occupied for quite some time too, since it was so dusty.

The hotel itself is very nice. The subway station in Flushing is within walking distance and there is a parking garage which charges $19 a night right behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only reason I give this hotel a lower rating is because there is a night club in the hotel and both nights the music was very loud and we could definitely hear the beat of the music all night until probably 3am. Also, someone was smoking cigarettes in either their room or in the night club and our whole room reeked of cigarette smoke the last night we stayed there. Maybe the smoke was from the club and there is bad ventilation.

The bed was delightful, haven't slept that well in years!

The hotel's inside was nice. But the room, I felt it was smaller than shown in the pictures. I stayed in the deluxe king bed room. the location was fair enough.

Very clean room and facilities. Would recommend to other travelers.
