My family and I always stay at this hotel because it’s conveniently close to the airport with easy access to both the bus and train stations. However, this year I was disappointed with the room, the bed, and the overall upkeep of the hotel. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and noticeably sunken in. The closet door wasn’t functioning properly—the hinge was loose, causing it to fall off track and making it difficult to close. The continental breakfast was average, and the waffle maker was not working on one of the mornings during our stay. On a positive note, the staff were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. One staff member in particular, Tony, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service throughout our entire stay. We truly appreciated his kindness and dedication. Overall, we had a good stay despite the issues, and we will possibly return next year.

Cleanliness was immaculate All staff day & night shift was extremely accommodating & helpful at all times. They anticipated our needs and always willing to help or suggest. The only thing that needs to be added or adjusted. Expedia has the hotel listed as with with shuttle service. it does not specify La Guardia ONLy. Which was an expensive and grave inconvenience . Everything else was excellent

The hotel is close to LaGuardia. A phone call to the hotel and the shuttle arrived within 20 min. Check in was very easy and fast with a very pleasant staff member who was helpful with some suggestions for take out food that was close by as there isn't anything within comfortable walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was particularly well done for a hotel with lots of options and a staff member restocking and monitoring the dining room. We were able to book the shuttle for the next morning as well to return to the airport.

Room was nice and cozy, there was a big tv which allowed you to connect to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon prime if you have an account. Hotel itself looks a bit aged, elevators take a while to come as I think there’s only one. Breakfast wasn’t really all that, they have simple breads, some type of egg and a sausage. Also cereal and oatmeal, not the best but it’ll do if you’re trying to save money. They also have a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport, but you have to call and let them know as the shuttle doesn’t just show up. Big plus is that there’s a bus station right outside the hotel it takes like a minute to walk to, hop on and it takes you to the nearest train station. Didn’t get a 5 star just due to the hotel’s appearance and the location of where it is, not too much to do unless you take a bus down to Main Street, breakfast wasn’t great, and snacks that they sell in the lobby are overpriced like most hotels, but the rate to stay was very affordable for New York!
