Great food but rooms are becoming rundown. My balcony was bigger than the floor above me. So it wasn’t that much privacy. Also because if the size difference and infrastructure, it easy for someone to jump balcony’s and climb down. That made me nervous because the balcony doors had no locks or chains from the inside.

Cute place I will definitely go back & stay longer

Comfy room, beautiful view, friendly staff, happy hour! Definitely staying there again when in New York!

Plus: location, room size, and balcony. Minus: bathroom latch didn't work. Hotel restaurant bar/service all shuts down at 10 pm, which for NYC is early.

My stay was great! Ahead of time I was a bit worried because this hotel is a bit out of the way from Manhattan. But it turned out to be a great, well connected quiet location. Completely worth the price. Very close to the train. Clean, great staff, nice rooms, and a lovely restaurant inside. It was a great place to retreat to after multiple super busy days. Water pressure in the shower was amazing too. My one complaint - the bed was not very comfortable. I think it was the pillows, but just wasn’t firm enough for me.

Definitely a bit brutalist in its design. Clean and spacious rooms, easy check-in process, was great for my stay while working at the nearby LIC WeWork.

Great view and cozy rooms...........................

What a lovely, modern, clean hotel! A great view of the city!

There was no table oN one side of the bed, very limited counter space in the bathroom, and gray cement all over is depressing to look at.

I did not like the room i got and the location of room

Spacious room & bathroom. Accommodations to our needs. Comfy bed & pillows. Nice view.

Thank you for your feedback. We ask our guests to give us a call in real time since we have different sized balconies and could move you to a smaller one. All of our balcony doors lock as long as the handle is pulled up from inside the room. We hope you will try us again in the future.
