Very clean and comfortable ! The hotel staff was always helpful, as well

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Room was much smaller than photos on website indicated. In room refrigerator was not cold. Nowhere to get ice. Bar and restaurant on site were advertised, but upon arrival neither existed. Double room had a 3 drawer dresser that didn’t close completely without slamming the drawer shut and a very small wardrobe closet that only fit 5 shirts. Nowhere to put a coat. Wardrobe was extremely distressed and worn out and dirty. Lots of dust on top of wardrobe and in the air conditioner vents. Very small bathroom with no exhaust and rusty shelves in bathroom for towels. Light switch in bathroom hardly worked. Had to hit it multiple times to turn on and off the lights. Mildew was all over the grout lines in the shower. Hotel was very unkempt and run down. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Thank you to the entire staff housekeeping and front desk staff for making our staff in NYC so memorable. The front desk staff directed us to the Tram and the Ferry which was just outside our door, they showed us fun facts of places to go that were not on the usual tour makes, such as finding a TJMaxx to purchase gloves. The weather was tolerable and we were able to walk to central park just fine. We stopped along the way on 60th street to eat at Serendipity, best to go when it opens at 10 am. The carnage ride in Central Park is a flat rate of $54 and so enjoyable, the ride back to JFK was better than the super shuttle we had planned on costing us $60 for the 3 of us and no stops along the way. We will definitely stay at the Bentley Hotel in the future. Thank you Joseph for giving us a room with a view of the Bridge as we requested. Now back to California.

Love that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the mid town hotels, yet still walkable to the ventre.

The hotel was okay. A little further out than other hotels, but ok location. The room was pretty dark and outdated. More lighting would have been nice. We noticed our one outlet didn’t work and we asked the front desk to send a maintenance man to our room. He came in and just unplugged our mini fridge and plugged in the lamp instead. He told us it was fixed. We came back and it clearly was not fixed. It wasn’t a huge deal, but please make sure all of your outlets and appliances work and have the maintenance team be more professional. Overall, the stay was fine. But a little overpriced for what it was.

Nice hotel, accommodating staff and very friendly! Close to main attractions!

Good for one night. Very small btahroom. Heater not the best.Location is fine.

Nice hotel close to Sloan Kettering Memorial hospital. The bar is totally lacking, they only had 2 types of white wine, none of which I drink. Who would believe that in this day an age you still have to pay for wi-fi in your room. It was $9.99 for 2 devices and I needed it since the television had very limited channels.

great view of bridge. good location for conference I was attending

Only hotel in this area. No free WiFi except in the lobby. The hotel can use updating, but was clean and comfortable.

This trip was related to medical needs and Sloan Kettering and the location and convenience were great.

Bugs in room and sanitary napkins on rug.. air conditioning noisy. Roof restaurant does not exist..

The staff is very nice and the hotel is clean. But there are really no good guest accommodations for the amount of money it was to stay there.

This is great location for hss patients . Staff is very friendly and helpful getting transportation

One night stay while moving daughter to NYC. Close to stores & dining

We experienced an issue with the bathroom immediately upon arrival. We were patient and at the hotels’ insistence gave them the opportunity to fix it, although the preference was to move rooms as it was a 2 night stay. The next day the issue resurfaced. Victor offered no apology, no timeline or assistance to move rooms and could not state when asked what class of hotel this was. I asked for a refund and informed them I was willing to leave since they clearly had forgotten that they were in the hospitality business. When calling to take them up on their actual offer to leave their own hotel, Samoia answered and offered help. She was the manager and responded quickly and appropriately by comparison with Victor who did not even offer an apology. In general the staff was rude and aloof and had many chances to win back business and failed miserably at every turn.
