Great hotel in a charming neighborhood.

No frills, cooling system struggles with the big city view windows. Staff is really nice and the rooms are fairly big.

The pictures do not represent at all how the hotel looks like rooms are very small moldy smelling and leaky bathrooms know fridge no coffee serving absolutely horrible try to find something else planned hotels in Manhattan Bad location lots of construction around The picture of the lobby which it did sell me absolutely it’s not how it looks like.

Only one in this location but for the price, was way too expensive for the little room. The bathroom was old and the metal parts including the drains and hardware were all rusty orange. Bathtub was yellow and water looked like pee in there. The Friday night crowd on my floor was rowdy and Up until 5:30am (not a good situation for a family with a small child). Pillows were small and cheap. They only gave 1 towel total - not even a hand towel. Could have been much better for the amount we paid. Unfortunately our room had a motel vibe inside the room. Our in laws stayed in another room that was bit better but still could use some updating.

Look like motel

Pleasing was the view only. My experience at The Bently was disappointing. Charges and fees are not worth the stay. I received 2 towels, 1 face towel, 1 hand towels and no wash clothes. I had to asked for additional twice before receiving any. The morning staff was great and the bell men.

Very old hotel - water was shut off from 9pm-5am for an emergency service. It was not their fault, but at least give your guests a CALL before they check in to let them know about this. Rooms have JUST the basic necessities. 2 towels, 1 hand towel. No glasses, no wine openers, no extras. If you need something the staff are amazing and will go above and beyond, but management needs to step up and provide necessities for hotel guests. It's labelled as a 4 star hotel, but it feels more like a motel.

No heat. No hot water. Food service 1 hr 20 min. Phone to call down did not work. No refund

We had a good view of the river, quiet and comfortable room.

Our room was nice, and had a good ciew of the river.

This hotel was fine. Beds were very comfortable and city reasonably quiet around here though obviously it is nYC. parking underneath so that was convenient and was part of the price. cleanliness seemed fine. skimpy on towels (no extra for hair) but front desk responsive. Our biggest issue was the sound between rooms. we had neighbors who were partying to the late wee hours. they turned their music down when asked but we could still clearly hear the laughing and talking. I did not see that hotel had bar or anything. had to walk a few blocks to get a cab. ended up walking most of the time as location was pretty central.

This was a lovely quiet hotel with fabulous views of the river and bridge.

We started with a group smoking pot as we entered, staff with no mask, no hot water, hairs on pillows, sticky floor, felt springs on mattresses and found Pills on floor .... need i say more. Oh yeah mold on bathrrom walls and tile
