Liked the location and view. People at the front desk aren’t the warmest — customer service could be better even if it is holding small talk.

I loved the location. Everyone that worked there was very nice and professional. The room had a nice view and had everything you need. It was comfortable with my two children. Thank you!

When I arrived on 2.14.2020 .my room wasn't ready so I received a upgraded to the 16 floor. I had amazing view..The desk staff are so amazing. Everything time you arrive and leave the always have something nice to say. I highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for convenience to where I needed to be next morning, and that worked out perfectly. It's a stylish place with tasteful furnishings, but it seems to be decaying and lacking maintenance. It allegedly has a restaurant according to the internet; but that's no longer there, posing a big change in dinner plans and some inconvenience and discomfort (stomping around in the cold rain looking for a place to eat). Only one of three elevators working, and the inside of the doors on that one are scraped and scratched, looking very peculiar and not reassuring. A sign says "elevator testing in progress", but they seem more like dead elevators waiting for repair. There's a hefty additional nightly "residence fee", which is not mentioned online and which is non-negotiable. What you get for that is free internet, two bottles of water, access to the workout room and free coffee in your room. There was no free coffee in the room, only in the lobby. And all of these extras (so-called) are always free in many, many hotels and motels, so I felt defrauded. In the room -- which was upgraded to a tiny but attractive suite -- the toilet paper holder came off the wall when I touched it and fell to pieces on the floor. Pieces of "something" fell out of the shower head when I turned on the shower. And it was noisy due to lots of traffic outside. In all, it was convenient for me but too expensive (even for NYC) and a bit tarnished around the edges. The staff was very pleasant.

Good location for upper east side hospitals- Memorial Sloan Kettering, NYP- Weill Cornell Medical center and Rockefeller University. Fitness center could be updated/improved

The closeness to MSK and other sites. Staff very friendly.

great location and value. excellent staff. The hotel is getting a little shabby in terms of interior of rooms and elevators etc, but overall a four star experience

I forgot two things at the room after checkout. I contacted the hotel and first they didn’t reply. Then I had to call and they said that housekeeping didn’t report anything. So I’m guessing my things got stolen and the hotel didn’t do anything

Excellent service, quiet place to stay, great location

Once our room was moved from a room whereby we couldn’t control the heat (waaaaaaaay too hot), we were happy. Our first room was awful, but the staff was accommodating and the second room was fine.

Amenities fees, elevators not working, room not in good shape, disappointing overall

Very friendly and helpful staff; convenient location.
