i am so happy with our stay. I ususally stay closer to time square in "nicer" hotels but this was the only place I could find during the holidays and it was inexpensive....IT WAS PERFECT! WE had to walk a bit but it was totally fine and worth it!

when we arrived they tried saying i didnt book it.. when i very much did. on too of the the room has absolutely no privacy as well as none of our doors (bathroom shower room) shut properly. The wifi and internet was down the entire stay and they didnt tell usany of this at checkin we only found out when we called. We tood the staff there was a few things wrong with our room and all they did was walk in and tell us the wifi wasnt working then left. we were offered anytype of compensation or change of room when told them about the missing things in rooms as well as the things that arent working.

It was a nice clean hotel, especially if you wanna walk around time square or NY in general. Wished our couch/bed actually folded so we could have sit down but i guess our switch was broken. Also would have like for my room to have the LED control lights guess not all rooms comes with them wished ours did!

Hello, I wanted to share that my stay was very pleasant overall. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a great experience. One suggestion I wanted to mention is adding a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, as those amenities would be very helpful and make the stay even more convenient for guests. Very, very nice! Staff was super friendly! Great location, only a few blocks away from Times Square! Rooms are very clean and cute, but small. A tad disappointed that the LED light on the vanity mirror didn’t work, nor the purple lights! Other than that my stay was perfect 👌
