Convenient location to get down/up town. The price was reasonable, the staff were very nice and the Food at Marta was excellent.

Great location. Plenty clean. Comfy bed. Price was good and it worked out to be the perfect place for just a safe clean night. I didn’t do anything but show up to sleep and it worked out just as I hoped it would.

Loved the location, the history of the hotel and the restaurant associated with the hotel. The staff was very accommodating because our first night was not so good... the a/c in room 204 was not working however, our room was changed the next day and all went well...

This hotel was in a great location right between down town and uptown. Buy a metro card and take the subways and buses that are right close to the property to get around Manhattan with ease. The sights are walkable but save your steps for when you get there. With the location and proximity to MTA access we covered a ton of ground in Manhattan. The night life in midtown isn’t great but do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant in the hotel called Marta. It’s actually a really popular restaurant for dinner, was always busy at night. The food was awesome, try the calamari, chicken meatballs, and pizza, AND all the tips were included in the price which made it a great value. Chris was our bartender at the bar and took care of us with the signature cocktails, don’t waste time looking for that one great New York restaurant, this was a gem. Tavern 29 is right next door as well and that was a great lunch spot. Other than that the subway to uptown or to lower east side to go party was easy and I never felt unsafe, but obviously use caution at night and early mornings coming back, but my experience was great. Would totally recommend this hotel and stay again.

The bathroom was very clean and the facilities worked very well.

I liked the location. Subways stations to both East and West sides only couple blocks away. Small eateries, shops. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Sam, Johnny and Shelly at front desk. Concierge Alexandria above and beyond helpful. Maria from housekeeping. Two free bottles of water daily. The negative was that they would forget to replenish water timely. I like brighter rooms and due to AC malfunction I had to change rooms and it felt dark. Showers only.

It should be easier to get coffee in the morning. No need to wait on line at the cafe for drip coffee! Why not have self-serve or coffee in the rooms?

Great midtown location with plenty to do around the area. Stayed here for a work meeting I had and this was my second time at the Redbury. Nice rooms for an older property. AC was a bit noisy and the floors a bit uneven but overall, a great experience.

We enjoyed the dining options and the location. Rooms and decor was cute/charming. Rooms are tiny. Small detail was no ice bucket in rooms so when wanted ice had to put it in a small garbage bag. Also gramophone Bluetooth speaker in room didn’t work. The BIG negative was construction that woke us up both mornings including Sunday that was never mentioned/warned upon check in and I feel should have been
