Got in early, Checked in early, left the bags and went to visit World Trade One . room was available at 2 PM. It was a short 24 hour trip to New York , so essentially room was needed just ro sleep in it, It was great, the view from the second highest floor in hotel was nice .

Highly recommend. Staff went above and beyond to assist us with WiFi troubles, sending an engineer to our room (arriving within 5min) and resetting the router which was located in our ceiling. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic and well organized.

Here’s a polished, clear version of your review that keeps your message strong and easy to read: ⸻ Hotel Review The rooms are decent-sized by New York standards, but they are definitely smaller than what the pictures suggest. The location is great, the hotel is fairly new, and the rooms are well maintained. However, there is one important issue to consider. In the mornings, roughly from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., it is extremely difficult to get an elevator and leave your room, 2 elevators are reserved for the restaurant during breakfast hours, leaving only one elevator for the entire hotel, which is quite large and has many rooms. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days, and every morning getting out of our room felt like a mission. One day, we waited over 30 minutes and eventually had to take the stairs because the elevator never came. Thankfully, we were on the 8th floor, but if you’re staying on a higher floor, this could be a serious problem. If you’re traveling with elderly family members, strollers, or anyone with mobility challenges (as we were), this is definitely something to take into consideration. Overall, we didn’t have any major issues with the hotel, but I do feel guests should be clearly informed about the elevator situation. For tourists on a schedule, this can become a significant inconvenience.

Clean room, close to Times Square. Staff upon arrival wasn’t very friendly. Acted like it was a problem to check in early, even tho we were paying the extra $50 to do so. Very nice tho when I needed an extra blanket. Not really a restaurant here, only a bar. And a resort fee is added once you get to the hotel.

I traveled with my 2 sons ages 13 and 16. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a bit tiny but not bad. Our view was enjoyable from the 20th floor. Time square was just outside the hotel, less than a minute away. We walked everywhere, so location was perfect. I was expecting much more out of Breakfast based on reviews but it was just ok nothing fancy or spectacular. Staff and service is great, everyone was nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
