Didn’t have hot water 3 days out of the 6 days stayed, Not happy with a cold shower while it was freezing cold in NY. A loose door or something heavy was banging on the roof so being on the 50th floor I can hear everything all night. I usually don’t complain but can’t let this go.

Most disgusting room we have ever stayed in. Especially after paying more than $1K for 2 nights. Extremely dirty corners and the wood and stains are scraping off furniture. So disappointed. This was a milestone celebration birthday gift and it was anything but a celebration for us, inside the room. The check-in and the bell staff were vety professional. The place was very convenient. But will not stay there ever.

Got room with a very weird view, could see trash like used soda cans and plastic bottles next to the room window since that was attached to the roof of another building. Overall close to everything so alright.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. The room(s) had outdated furniture and bug issues. In my first room, they had a bedbug on the bed. The second room had ants. If you don’t care about cleanliness, this could be the place for you.

We stay here every year in September. We tried a larger room on the 46th floor this time. The elevator takes longer especially during peak check in and check out times, due to frequent stops, something I did not consider before booking. The bathroom door hinges need some oil, made a loud squeaking sound. The bed was comfortable and the location is unmatched. We walked to 2 shows and pretty much everywhere. We will come back next year for sure.

The hotel has no lobby to sit in and the rug in the room was so dirty we wouldn’t take our sox off. The furniture in the room was beat up, scratched, headboard torn. Plus we were supposed to have a “ball drop view” of Times Square and did not have such a view. We checked out after one night.

This hotel is old and needs a make over....dirty carpets and furniture in the lobby was so dirty I didn't dare sit on it......after a day of travel I wanted a nice hot shower ...tub was clogged and there was some weird black filter on the shower head....so after waiting until past midnight for whatever they did to work...tried washing up in the sink but the hot water only trickled out....was told there was no other room to switch me to......was told they could "possibly" switch me the next day.....no one ever followed up....the hotel was quite busy ....but a call would have been nice....nothing. For the amount of money paid I was expecting much more....guess it was the location I paid for......very disappointing. Managers were also rude and not helpful.....also when I first arrived had to change room due to an odd smell.....very disappointing.....

The staff is top notch. So kind and so welcoming. My 7 year old made friends with the kind lady at the front desk from first moment. However the rooms are pretty gross. Our bathroom was so disgusting we wouldn’t bathe in the bath tub. The sink and tub would clog every time we used and the toilet ran water the whole time we were there. Bathroom = 1. Staff = 10! No bar at a nice / expensive hotel like this was odd to me also. Great location to Time Square.
