The Room wasn’t clean there was a pair of dirty socks was behind the safe box also the shower drain was completely covered with hair and water jammed on the bathtub.

Perfect location for everything you need to see in NYC! Easy check-in and we felt very safe. The only negatives would be that is took about 20 min for an elevator each time and housekeeping came in at 9am even though the do not disturb was on lol. She was super nice though so it ended up being ok

The staff was courteous but the room accommodations were not up to the standard we expected. The wall in the bathroom was peeling up and had pink mildew. The heat didn’t seem to work. For the price we expected higher end accommodations.
