Nothing. Only good part is that it’s close to time square. And price I paid was not cheap either. It’s big let down . It’s completely run down property. No refrigerator in even Delux room . Even had to ask for coffee. There is no room service. Had to call house keeping for water etc.

Stayed here with my 2 daughters and we loved it. Very quite clean yet fancy place. And the minute you step out the hotel the action (timesquare) is right there. Perfect for vacation. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy.

The lobby is great but there is no lounge. Even the cheapest hotels have a lounge... The interior of the room was rundown. It felt old and cheap like a motel. The faucet in the tub was unhinged from the wall so you could see the pipes shaking through the huge hole when turning on the water - not something safe to see when on the 20th floor! The shower head was dangling and had no support to stay upright. I received a response to my first review when checking in and it stated that I should upgrade to their premium rooms next door. Wow. On a good note, the bed was comfortable and the sheets felt clean. The elevators were up to date, decent and always available. Most of the staff was courteous and friendly. If you're looking to be near the crowd and don't care about quality of the room, then the location is good. Otherwise, state elsewhere and read the reviews first. Orbitz rates it a four star hotel but it's more like 2 or 3...

As an aging Broadway junkie, I’m needing my hotel to keep creeping closer & closer to Times Square, and the only way to creep any closer than the Millennium is the outlandishly expensive Marriott Marquis. The lobby is STUNNING, front desk staff friendly & efficient. The lobby is easy walk-through from 44th to 45th, which is VERY convenient. Room was nice, clean, and SPACIOUS. My terrible view is my only complaint. Great 5nt stay. I’ll be back!!

Good location but had issues with hotel.
Location was excellent although the AC does not keep the room cool. We did ask to have the AC checked. We ended up opening the window. There was a link in the toilet our night. Not an issue since we just wiped down the floor.

This hotel is in the heart of time square and you can easily walk to most places. The views from the corner room were okay. However, the facilities were less than average, the shower drain was quite slow, the sink was also very slow to drain, the carpet was stained, along with the walls. But, the lobby was nice. It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area, so I guess with that being said it was average for the cost in the area.
