We enjoyed our stay & the amenities; however, we were looking forward to the rooftop patio and there was not one available. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and there was plenty of food & shopping options within a walking distance. The subway is a few steps away and very convenient to use as well. We would stay here again!

Stayed in this hotel before and was happy. But in this visit, there was a definite decline in the quality of service. Slippers were not provided. The kettle was not working and I had to call for a resolution. Soap was not provided at the bathroom sink. Simple expectations that were not met. Wrote to the Manager but did not get a response. Overall impression was that there was no care put into making a guest feel welcomed.
