Our staying was not a 'Premier' experience. My husband steps onto a smelly liquid mass on the first night (the room must not have been cleaned), we could not get a new room that night since the front desk said all rooms were booked, the janitor guy vacuumed the spot genetically just to cover it with a cleaner, we were waken up by a banging sound by a maid at 9 AM the next morning because she was told that we have checked out by the front desk (we were not even assigned to a new room at that time). With the way things were, there was no guarantee that other rooms would be clean, so I asked the front desk for sani-wipes, so I could clean the spot, which we never received by the time we had to leave for a show (2 PM), Instead we were labeled as 'complaint customers'. To be fair, there were some great staffs too. This one cleaning lady was gentle and nice. The kitchen/dining staffs were very nice and went above and beyond (they deserved our tip!). The hotel offers 'Grab-and-go', which we did not find out until we were literally stepping out the door to go to the airport.

For hotel prices in NYC, the Best Western Premier was a great value for the price. The room was clean and spacious for New York standards, bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, good shower pressure, etc. Hotel is ideally located close to subway and Macy's and an easy walk to Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square. We walked to Central Park as well. Included breakfast was excellent! Many hot items each day as well as the usual fare. Staff was very friendly and bar/lounge was great too, and a very good value for drinks there. Would definitely return and highly recommend if you want a great location at a decent price.

Spacious clean rooms and friendly staff. Always my first choice when staying in Miami

Clean and comfortable. Rooms small - but that's expected in NYC, and we were able to squeeze a full air mattress in between the double beds for a teenager. Large windows to get a great NYC view. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, but ends by 9:30 (you can get it to go & bring food to your room though for any late risers in your family). Close walk to Times Square and Midtown attractions. Nice restaurants next to hotel if you're in the mood for a local dinner or drink. Complimentary baggage hold was a plus, as was the complimentary lemon water in lobby. Lounge in back of hotel with drink specials and outdoor seating was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay for a wknd in NYC!

Hotel is close to Times Square and the subway. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful with bags, directions, and cabs. The room was very clean. Breakfast selections were good. If they had some mixed fruit, it would have been better plus the coffee tasted bitter some days. Overall, any excellent choice for touring Manhattan.

Very centrally located - could walk to Central Park and to Battery Park, very clean and comfortable beds and pillows in the room nice patio outside the hotel great breakfast choices-eggs pancakes breakfast burritos sausage cereal yogurt and all types of bagels and pasteries

Perfect location for Madison Square Garden events.

Smaller but well appointed quiet, clean and comfortable room. Superb mid-town location. Wonderful staff.

Close to everything and subway. Room was small but that was to be expected. Our heat wouldn't stay on but when it was, marijuana and cigarette smoke came in it. Staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Good, small NYC hotel. Breakfast adequate. Hot dishes--eh! Staff very nice.

I had a really good experience. The first night I did ask for an extra blanket was told someone would bring it up, but I never received it. I wanted to conserve some energy by not turning up the heat and I had to. Other than that everyone was friendly and helpful! The bartender was GREAT! 🤗

Everything was great until I encountered the front desk agent at about 6 am Wednesday morning. She looked like she was disgusted for being at work. That was a brief moment but overall the stay was excellent.

I have found Best Western hotels to be a reasonable compromise between affordability and quality. I found this to be reasonably priced (at the rate I paid for one night, including WiFi and free breakfast). But having stayed at a Berlin BW Premier I have to say this is not worthy of the Premier tag. Very courteous front desk and wait staff at breakfast. Hotel bed was clean and comfortable as was the bath. The pillows were a little too fat for my comfort but not lumpy. I would stay here again. IMRAN

Everything was excellent. Complimentary breakfast is a nice benefit. Logistics of breakfast and quality of breakfast could probably be improved without much expense.

Obviously it’s NYC and We weren’t expecting a huge room but we were expecting a little more comfort. The beds were terribly hard and it took all night to get comfortable. By the time we got comfortable we had to get up. It was like sleeping on a bed of bricks. Other than that it’s a great location from Penn Station and we normally take the subway every where but it was nice to be able to walk most of every where we wanted to go.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Was nice, hotel was clean and the breakfast was yum. The room was NY sized but comfy. As a small hotel - 6 rooms per floor - plan your morning departure. Having to wait for a while for the elevator during certain times resulted in having to use the stairs. Would definitely stay again. The hotel was a few blocks from Herald Square, not far from Times Square and Grand Central Station.

I expected a 4+star hotel but it was 3-. No room service at all. The location is very inconvenient.

A very nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good - not great. Rooms were tight for two people, but would benefit greatly by adding a small refrigerator - even a small microwave. Or at least a microwave on each floor. Great shower - and for once, it did not leak all over the floor. Cable TV service was unpredictable - in and out. I would consider staying again - but it will not be at the top of my list.

Overall all went well. Everything just small. Parking was close enough. Great for 1-2 people but too small for family.
