We booked a King room with a view. The room had such poor lighting it was difficult to see yourself in any of the mirrors. The mattress and pillows felt like we were sleeping on someone’s couch. We could hear and feel the springs in the mattress. We never had a good nights sleep. We stayed for only 2 nights which is why we didn’t bother to change rooms. Our young adult kids had a separate room and no complaints about the room or beds .. and they paid less than our king room. Disappointed. Location is good for walking to Time Square, Broadway, 5th Ave shopping areas and local bars. Staff were nice.

Staff nice & rooms large. Nice general area. The heating system was loud ish and the room we had (nice corner room with many windows) was a bit cold. Starting to show a little wear & tear but relatively a good deal for NYC
