Great place to stay while visiting Queens.

Had to go to Queens for a family event and needed to stay somewhere near the event that also had parking. Was impressed with what I saw online about this hotel and it did not disappoint. The hotel was modern and very clean with free parking. Rooms were spacious and modern. Beds very comfortable and rooms surprisingly quiet considering everything going on nearby including a casino and airport. The casino and restaurants were attached to the hotel, but you were never bothered by the activity of those venues. Great place to stay.

They stated they had a shuttle to the airport but they did not. I had to pay a driver to take me $37. I would not have chosen to stay there if I knew that.

Did like how spacious layout was for accessible room was very convenient for my husband to use also move around with wheelchair Was given the wrong room when checked in thought they would have on file ,since charges was made for specific room. But this was immediately taken care of,we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for a quick weekend trip to watch the Yankees. Excellent amenities, very friendly staff. Walking distance to the subway so you are in a good spot to get to and from Manhattan anytime of day.

Staff was amazing helping us with terrible American Airlines cancellations and delays. Front desk, Carlos our bellman was especially wonderful, and everyone was great. Our room (1002 and 722) was comfy, modern, and very clean. Loved the bath products. Would definitely recommend!
