The overall experience was great, clean and classy rooms, great entertainment and a cozy gym too. The only stick I have with the hotel is that guests could be quite loud at times in the early hours due to the casino, but overall really great. Other tips for foreign travellers, be aware of the security deposit for all the days/nights you’re staying (around $100 per day) and there are also other taxes to be aware of e.g. destination tax ($25 per day). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will consider this hotel if I return to New York City.

No way to communicate with front desk, only email. Was not crowded but felt like everyone was on the same floor. Slamming doors and screaming children at 2am in the hallway. Refrigerator did not work. Vending machine took my money , where the ice is located. It was disappointing.
