breakfast food was mostly out of preservatives and eggs were out of powder; room doors were not fully closing inside the room; parking was a scam: they charged the fees for overnight parking plus for a day parking on top; front desk could care less about hospitality-and I mean all of them throughout 3 day stay. Wyndham really had to try to disappoint during my extensive travels, this one just sucks.

The staff was absolutely incredible! Very professional, personable, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile in order to make sure our stay was everything we had hoped it to be. The breakfast was a standard continental, with coffee/tea/water available 24/7. Our rooms were spotless, with coffee/tea and a coffee machine available in our room. We had a "city view", which was magical looking in the evening. There is an Africian/American Baptist church right down the street from our Hotel. Restaurants, .99 stores are nearby, and the Subway is a couple of blocks away. This was our first time to New York, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I reserved the room four relatives. They were disappointed on several key items: 1. Wifi was too slow. They had to use their mobil data plan to go online. 2. The television only had three or four stations to watch. 3. There wasn't a microwave in the room. They had to go to the dining area to warm up food. 4. The two beds in the room were only full size beds. Most other hotels have either queen or king size beds. 5. The free breakfast wasn't that good. They went outside to get breakfast. I don't plan to book this hotel again.

Room service was excellent. Always met with a clean and tidy room every time upon return to the hotel. Food options were good, however not a lot of variety to choose from. Dining areas between certain hours during breakfast could be filled. Staff were helpful. Overall great experience. Thank you!

Clean rooms, helpful & engaging staff, conveniently located to public transportation, and free breakfast. Unfortunately there was construction in progress during the week of my stay, but it was only on the week day. Weekends were quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a good stay. I would definitely book again.

If you are trans black or gay I will not recommend this plac I requested a early check and was will you pay the 50 as required I was profiled a was told they can hold my luggage but I'm unable to waite inside until a room is available she can clearly see that I just got out of Uber she could have sympathized or anything but it was just awkward hurtful I had to go check into another hotel I could not even cancel remember reservation that was $300 down the drain for nothing
