Room was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Street is a bit isolated and industrial looking. Shower water pressure was not that good which was disappointing because I look forward to great water pressure in a nice hotel bathroom. Otherwise, a nice hotel and a good stay. Thank you!

The property is close to the 21st Queensbridge station which was very convenient for getting into downtown NYC. Breakfast was pretty decent also which was an added plus. The room was worth the price. Front desk staff were friendly. During the heatwave they provided cold towels for guests to cool down.
