They broke my suitcase and Kevin promised me that him and his manager Christina will look into it, and despite me making the effort and purchasing a replacement, they have given me the runaround. Literally all they had to do was keep their word I even declined purchasing an expensive valise in Manhattan but I guess consideration isn’t a thing there. Disgraceful professionalism
