The staff was so pleasant, the hotel is in a great location with easy access to the city. I also loved that they had more than enough towels & wash cloths available already in the room so you don't have to request more. Definitely would stay again!

Property itself was clean and nice; however the surrounding area isn’t ideal. It seems sketchy and the area can be better lit up at night. It’s very dark. It’s located in an industrial area which was also not ideal. Subway is very close which was convenient.

This hotel was wonderful. We travelled with our 3 year old and stayed in a suite. It came complete with a kitchenette, two beautifully comfortable beds and a good bathroom with a shower. The view was amazing of the Empire State Building and peaceful nights were had! The hotel staff were insanely helpful and breakfast was full of choices and variety. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you so much!

People and service was exceptional. Note that parking expensive and valet closes at 10 pm. One night I came back just after 10 pm, they allowed me to park in front of the hotel and still charged me the $50. The hotel is great and breakfast was exceptional. However, the neighborhood was not good.
