The lobby was full of trash bags. The room was adequate and clean. It is right next to a large housing project. Neighborhood a little sketchy. I planned my days so I was not out at night. Because of the neighborhood I would not recommend to someone who is not familiar with NY.

I stayed for 1 night and it served its purpose well. The staff was friendly, kind, and nice to talk too. Room was clean and that is all I need. Neighborhood wasn't the greatest but that was the least of my worries. The parking is annoying though. I was blessed to find street parking so I didn’t have to pay to park in the lot.

AC worked once i reset the power cord surge protector. Front staff ladybwas nice but overwhelmed at 3 pm check in. Each reservation takes 10-15 minutes minimum. Mine took 30 because she had to text and call the hotel owner over a seperate "emergency ". Allow for a wide window to check in and early checkin is not allowed. Location was good with quick food delivery. Hotel has NO BREAKFAST. 5 minute walk to subway.
