The rooms are a little depressing but the elevators are fast and the free breakfast was good. Great location. We did not even touch the waters in the room and were charged for them. Made a quick call to the hotel explaining the situation and I was reimbursed, however while trying to deal with rebooking cancelled flights and having to move hotel since this one was full and had to stay 1 more night…. Making a call to the hotel to have this charged removed was very irritating when in the middle of a stressful situation.

Everything was amazing except for breakfast as it was cold and there was barely any food left. The options that were there were good but none left and/or cold. Every guest that decided to show up at breakfast was stupid that wasn’t the hotels faults Staff was amazing and welcoming.

La habitación muy limpia el servicio de limpieza estuvo muy bien, la atención del personal siempre fue muy cordial, la habitación es muy pequeña la calefacción queda muy junto a la cama y causa un poco de incomodidad al dormir. El desayuno es muy bueno. En relación calidad precio está muy bien
