I loved the location of this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. I loved the free wine hour every evening. I would absolutely recommend their car service to and from the airport, avoiding the stress of finding a taxi and reasonably priced. Clean and beautiful hotel!

The Pearl-New York City
I planned this trip for my wife's Birthday and to be close to the Theater District and Radio City Music Hall. Everyone on the staff at The Pearl was Welcoming daily and the room was perfect for our stay. I chose a room with a balcony and couldn't have been more pleased. I asked for a microwave, due to USD having leftovers from a meal, that I didn't want to throw away and it was delivered, while we were out exploring NYC. The hotel is Very Well Maintained and Very Clean and Quiet. I will recommend it to anyone visiting NYC and we will certainly stay again, without any hesitation.

The property was very convenient for broadway. Loved the tea, coffee and hot chocolate at all times. Breakfast could have some more hot items. They gave us great options for dinner!

The hotel was amazingly quiet. Couldn't hear any neighbors or street noise. The location is fantastic. You're in the heart of the theater district. 2 theaters are on the same block and more are on the streets above and below it. Hells Kitchen is 1 or 2 blocks away, so you have a UN of restaurants to choose from. Public transportation is also nearby

The Pearl was an excellent place to stay during our trip to NYC! The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, the facility was clean , and conveniently located to broadway theaters and all major attractions in Times Square! I would definitely recommend!

The room was nice and clean but the room smelled upon entering, only one elevator was working at the time so made getting out of the hotel a bit of an inconvenience. The complementary breakfast was decent standard affair, bagels and coffee and the like. This was my second time here still a great and pleasant option.

*My flight arrived at LaGuardia Just before midnight. Prior to departing the aircraft, the driver of the car The Pearl arranged to pick me up called and informed me he was there waiting for me. *Upon arrival at The Pearl we were warmly greeted and expediently checked in. *The room was very clean and equipped with many extras, like a courtesy umbrella. The bed was extremely comfortable. *Each morning a free breakfast was available in the dining area which has a scenic view. *Each employee I encountered went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. *The Hotel is located within walking distance of Broadway, ABC Studio, numerous restaurants, specialty stores, gift shops, and more. *The Pearl is officially my #1 Hotel in New York City and I highly recommend it without hesitation.
