Air-conditioning was not functioning properly. It was unusually warm few days and hence sleeping at the hotel was terrible. Room was extremely small. Bathroom was so small that it was very difficult to shave and brush. Breakfast was bad. Packaged food was provided and very minimal quantities. No closet room at all to store stuff. Had to live out of suitcase. Very very expensive for a terrible hotel room. Except for 1 person, most front office staff was terrible and very unhelpful.

The room was extremely small. Not many breafast options and outside patio are not open.

Great location! Easy to get anywhere by bike or subway near by.

Excellent hotel

It was a small room. No microwave in our room

Rooms were clean but very small. Could definitely use at least one more chair in the room. Toilet had low pressure but no issues. The elevators are my biggest complaint. There are no service elevators for the staff so they’re forced to bring dirty linens in the public elevators. You need your key card to access your floor, which gets annoying when you have your hands full when trying to fumble around and get the card. Be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes for an elevator

What I did not like was-The beds comforter felt like a used paper towel, the toilet paper holder was a balancing act between two rolls and if one is gone it would quickly fall to the floor. Low water pressure in sink and shower. The sofa bed mattress was more like a box spring with material and one of the springs were broken. What I did like-location

Everything about the hotel was comforting. Only thing I wish they had was breakfast as they say online I had booked this hotel because he served breakfast and to wake up the next and only coffee being serve was a little disappointing. I had ask the front d

There was three people in our room and they only gave us one key card at first. When we requested for a second one the front desk kept insisting they don’t have enough key cards and its limited. During a pandemic you don’t have enough key cards?! I assume there is a limited capacity and that you should actually have more keys! Other than that the place and the location is pretty good.

Property was fine, staff was great. Close to key things to see and do. Newly opened (maybe 5 weeks) they were still working out some things. Bed was comfortable and room was fine. As with most hotels in NYC, the rooms are not overly large and the bathroom was pretty small. Still, I'm not living there!

The hotel had only been open 3 weeks and there were issues with the elevators, and bathrooms. We had to change rooms twice but the staff was great and compted out breakfast.

still a lot of kinks to work out being a fairly new hotel (open two weeks when we stayed there). Employees very friendly and trying their best. Breakfast eggs were way overcooked.
