Our room didn’t have much walking space and the beds are pretty much wall to wall so if you are a family of 4 it might feel really tight. The doors are extremely loud when opening/closing and the walls are very thin so pack earplugs. The room was cleaned everyday and the food was decent but the fruit was frozen, the boiled eggs are also frozen and very little staff to clean the tables.

Tried to check in early (2.PM) but couldn't. Tried to check in at 3 and the room was not ready. Receptionist could not give me a time as to when the room would be ready. Tried back at 3.10 PM, and got my room. Terrible customer service.

Room with double bed and a sofa bed because we were my children, my husband and I 5 adults and when we arrived on January 29, 2025 they came out that there were no rooms and that they only had one double bed and it was horrible and uncomfortable to sleep 5 people in such a small place and they told me that they were going to refund me the money for that night and it was not like that yet the day we checked out they told me and I have been sending messages to the hotel and shipping and nothing

The room was large but the bathroom extremely small, even by NYC standards. I'm 5'4" and a size medium and I don't think the shower stall would be comfortable for anyone larger. Also had to call the front desk to get a hair dryer, which added an unnecessary delay to my morning. Staff was responsive and polite throughout stay.
