Spent a lot of time waiting on elevators, but that can't be helped due to how busy it was. Staff was fantastic!
Hotel is very close to Time Square, so you can walk to a lot of places and take Subway easily. The front desk is very nice and helpful, give suggestions on how to get to places. You can store luggage on the check out day for free, and come back to pick up later of the day. Breakfast is fresh and plenty. The room is on the smaller side and parking is offsite and expensive, but I guess this is expected for New York city.
This hotel had the busiest lobby I have ever seen! No mater what time I came to the hotel the lobby was busy with people talking and having a good time.

Location is close to time square, everything is walkable. Location around the area is too crowded, dirty. Very close to port authority which gives easy access to jersey side. Great full breakfast with different variety each time. Staff very accommodating, we were able to leave our luggage after checking out.
Very nice property in the heart of downtown...just a short 10 min walk to the heart of Times Square/Broadway etc. Conplimentary breakfast was great and staff was very professional and helpful.

The room was very small but ok. But the constant noise in the room was horrible. We could not sleep at night. And the elevators were very slow and always full of people. Breakfast was so small that there were 20 minutes line for getting something.
The location is perfect
The AC was terribly making too much noises and tended to be very loud when starting.
Property has an excellent location to Time Square, shopping, dining and subway.

The people that work there are all super nice! They even accommodated when I asked if I could use the breakfast area to sit and work quietly when My kids were exploring the city. Not too happy with the cleanliness on the property. Given the location of property, We understand that it is hard to keep it super clean. Hyatt should not offer free breakfast as the lines are too long! They should either offer breakfast for a small price, or take bf out and charge a few $$$ less on the room price
