The sink in our room was clogged. Check in was a disaster! We waited an hour - it was terrible
Definitely over priced. With this price, you can get a great hotel in downtown Manhattan. I'm surprised about the rating of this hotel is so high perhaps the worse hotel I've had in orbitz. The chair has stain on it. The body wash bottle was half empty. Lights were broken. Lobby is chaotic and crappy. Area is bad.
