The room was clean and everything worked fine. The staff was pleasant but not proactively helpful…not told about breakfast voucher upon check in, not mentioned again in the morning when we inquired, then breakfast staff sent us back to the front desk for the voucher. The breakfast was awful and certainly not worth $18…limited selections, hard pancakes, and overcooked sausage.

It was dingy. The door to bathroom was broken and got stuck. AC was making a loud noise the whole night. And packing lot is over crowded-my car got stuck when someone parked in a wrong spot- staff was not helpful. The only good thing is 10 min from JFK airport

Called to get a shuttle no one answered after three attempts. Mini bar was empty. No water provided in the room. No room service. The restaurant was open but very limited menu. We had two sandwich options. Water was off during the night so we couldn’t shower before our early am flight. Didn’t receive our wake up call.

It serves its purpose for for an overnight stay to catch a flight. Hotel seemed a bit dark, could use some updates. Restaurant service was a bit slow, but the food was really good!

Not cleaned, no drinking water and they sell the bottle gor 4$. One shuttle driver was very rude and almost shouting on every one including myself!! The only nice person I met there was Edwin. The one night cost of 300$!!!!

The picture you have posted is not what the hotel looks like..at all. The rooms were old and out dated. Food/Bar was very limited and not good area to go out and get food.

It was close to JFK airport and offered shuttle service 24/7. Also had a restaurant.

We stopped here for an overnight prior to our international flight. It was perfect! Shuttle service to the airport was timely and the on-site restaurant and bar were perfect.

If you're taking the morning shuttle, watch out. Totally understaffed for the early flights. Drivers were great, but they were overwhelmed by the number of people. Hotel should adopt a reservation system for the shuttles.
