Great experience. Need to organize shuttle system. It was horrible waited for an hour for the shuttle. Kept calling front desk apparently she was so swamped I was on hold for about 20mons in total over the 3 times I called. The guy almost left another set of ppl while I finally made it on the shuttle because he would ask so softly the few ppl standing right in front of him. Mind you we’re tourist. It’s my first time to New York. I felt like terrible and had to stand up for an hour waiting on this shuttle probably the main reason you book this hotel. That was the worst part. Everything else fine. But that shuttle system was so inconvenient I was late to my show. And then still had to get an Uber to the airport coz they tell you it’s gonna take 45 mins for him to get back and after being traumatized I couldn’t take the chance so I wasted money on an Uber

Excellent stay! I appreciated having a secure parking option at this hotel. There is a small underground lot that is available, which really was priceless when driving into NYC with my car. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were among the friendliest I have encountered in a big city hotel. Lots of smiles, and many stopped to make small talk with me when I brought my dog in/out. Excellent big breakfast buffet with lots of options every morning. There is clearly a lot of care put into the hotel. They even had cute spring/Easter decorations throughout, which added just a nice seasonal touch. I would definitely stay again!

The issue that i had was when we intially booked the hotel room they did not disclose the $100 deposit. On top of that ,the hotel allowed to us the Parking Garage but failed to twll us that ilthe peice would be 45 dollars a day and would be taken out of the deposit. For this i will not be recommending this place nor will return due to Lack of Communication and transparency.

Issues with shuttle service going to the hotel from the airport (waited almost an hour to be picked up with the hotel agent hanging up on me when I refused to be placed on hold after being placed on hold 4 times before!!!)and returning back to the airport(even though I had requested shuttle accommodations the day before, I was not able to ride the shuttle for the time I requested because they said there was not enough room for me and another rider. We had to wait an additional half hour for transportation to the airport which put me at risk of missing my flight home!!!)
