We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room and common areas were always clean. The hotel staff was courteous & very helpful. The only inconvenience we experienced was the intense smell of smoke in the hallway and the ground level where the gym & bathrooms are at. 😖

I enjoyed staying at this property . The room was pretty compact but it was clean and it’s very close to 2 subway stations and bus stops. The staff are great and nice specially VEENA. She delivered excellent service. She made my 7 nights stay easy. She’s very helpful and nice. The only thing i did not like about the place was the breakfast. I paid extra $20/day for it but it wasn’t worth it. It’s not the usual buffet bfast. It was a voucher bfast where you can only pick 3items. That was the only flaw of my stay here. But overall, i loved and enjoyed and i would be staying here again on my next visit to NY. Thank you Courtyard LIC and VEENA!!

Perfect location right next to subway station. There were 5 adults in our group sharing a room and the room was good size for all without being cramped.
Excellent customer service from both the day staff and night management. Very clean and comfortable room. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful hotel for price and has a terrace to smoke beautiful room. Only thing annoying was everything was ur key card...... otherwise tv loud enough to actually enjoy music if w/o radio offers different apps on tv free WiFi very comfortable sleep
We booked this hotel based on price and location. The subway station was just around the corner which made travel to the city easy and fast. The staff at this hotel were very professional and extremely helpful in assisting us with our travel questions. Not a lot of restaurants close by, but we found some good food places within walking distance on the days we decided to not eat in Times Square. The shower door was kind of weird, but other than that, the room was perfect. Maid service was awesome. Always had our bathroom stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. The "view" wasn't all that great and when we opened the window you could hear honking, the subway on the tracks across the street and various construction noises going on in the area. If we were to travel here again we would most definitely stay in this hotel. Rate it a 9/10

I liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness ofthe room, although the room was a little bit small for me, the wife and 2 kids, but we managed around it. The one thing... the only one knock is was the view. The hotel is advertised as having a Manhattan view, but we were placed in the 4 th floor with a very poor view and if anything iy was more of an inconvenience since the people that went to the hotel's terrace had a very good view into our room. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.
Great location. A very modern hotel. In particular was the 100% consistency in the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The only issue was the sink stopper, which was broken but neverbfixed. The shower was great and plenty of hot water. The little cafe was certainly adequate though, not unexpectedly expensive. Very close access to two metro stations, though the elevation, with stairs only, creates some challenges. Though not the fault of the hotel, both taxi and Uber drivers had difficulty in finding the front of the hotel. They tended to go to end of block and make a turn. Curious. Our daughter lives in Astoria, but we spent a lot of time in Manhattan. We will stay here on future visits.
