Unfriendly stuff, only one person at the front desk who not available to answer a call for more than 20 minutes

The parking being free is GREAT! The staff was very impersonal and it felt like I was inconveniencing them with any question I had. My room itself was fine except it could’ve used some maintenance for a couple of issues (backed up sink, broken light switch) and a thorough cleaning.

NO parking in and around the hotel. The key cards for our room did not work. We had to get a new card for our room every time we left the hotel and returned, this happened all six times we left the hotel and returned. Hotel staff were rude when new room cards were requested. Our room was not cleaned after our first night stay. On the day of check out I asked the front desk if I could park temporarily (~5-10 minutes) out in front of the hotel while we loaded our luggage and was scolded by the staff that I needed to straighten out my car, it was 8 am Christmas Eve morning so there were no other cars out front!! My wife and I will never stay at this hotel again and we are informing other family members to never stay at this hotel!

I have pictures of mold in batbroom .. which gave me breathing probkena . And sheets that werent washed

Check in was bad since they couldn’t program the key properly. It took for someone to come to the room and program it for me. The room was literally held together by duct tape. Room was dusty and not clean. The bed...let’s just say I could feel every. Single. Spring!!! The comforter was filthy with lord knows what.

Mediocre hotel...no hot water in the shower. Borderline cold water.

Leaking ceiling water felled many times while searing on toilet I complained to front desk ventilacionsystem is bad

There was mold in the bathroom, in the tub specially, on the shower curtain as well. The room had a bad smell, even the hallway. The "free" breakfast was a joke, i think they bought donuts and coffee and made it pass as a breakfast. I had to buy Clorox and tried to clean the tub in order to take a shower. Sadly we had to stay the 3 days there, there was no choice. There were only 12 parking spots, so don't be fooled by the FREE PARKING statement.

The rooms did not look as advertised online. Rooms were really out dated. Fungus in restroom and wall paper by A/C was falling apart. The room smelled moldy.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast included. King size bed. They even have some rooms with hot tubs. Right by the 7 train. Best kept secret.

Smelly corridors. Not interested staff and lack onf cleanliness in rooms. Subway was nearby.

The hotel is OK, but not great. Two of three lamps in my room didn't work. The mattress is way too soft. Two blocks to the 7 train so it's convenient to anywhere in NYC.

Staff is not friendly. Room is not clean. Not recommend overall

The phone hasnt been cleaned in forever. Then the front desk button not functioning. The blowdryer wires were cut. I needed to use it. Surprise its not working. It felt like housekeeping doesnt wipe off counters. I left a small wrapper on bathroom fall. Still there when the room was “cleaned”. We used the room for sleeping only. Breakfast was ok but always full of customers. No where to sit. Timing I guess.
