I had a good time during my stay, service was good. i enjoy the daily breakfast served, it gives me an incentive to get out of bed earlier than I would have if it wasn't for the breakfast. Thx for the service..
The hotel knew I was arriving early and leaving very early. I was charged $25 cash to have my luggage wheeled behind the door of the lobby desk. The hotel charge per night is over $225/night and yet I was charged $25 cash to store luggage...never heard of this before.

Probably best value hotel near NYC that is also clean, close to transport, etc. we will be back.!
Good cheap option close to lots of subway lines. Older furniture and amenities but everything you need for the most part.
near a train station stop. Lounge area only provided coffee & tea. There were no Microwave ovens to re heat purchased food but they did have at least 3 available receptackale
Great place to stay and save a lot of money for visiting Manhattan in you don't want to pay $400 a night for a similar accommodation 3 miles away. It's a half block from Queensboro Plaza station, which is two stops (10 minutes) from mid-town/Time Square, so you can pretty much get anywhere from here very, very quickly. Surrounding area is totally safe and neighborly, two bodegas that are 24/7 a block away if you need anything. Many coffee shops and eateries in the area, too. Also very easy to get out to JFK airport from here, just walk 3 blocks to the Queens Plaza station and take a Jamaica train to the Airtrain station. If you happen to hit an express train, you'll get to the Airtrain station in about 25 minutes as those express trains only make two stops on the way to Jamaica. Would stay here again.

We loved how close to the metro station we were. Also enjoyed the availability of coffee and tea in the lobby. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage before we checked in and also after we checked out. A great affordable choice for a place to stay when sight-seeing in NYC for a few days.
Great location (short 1 walk to n,w and 7) this will take you virtually everywhere. Staff was very friendly and attentive, I had an issue with my ac and they changed my room no questions asked. Room is small but was clean and neat very comfortable beds and quiet. This is a great hotel for the price!!
It is very convenient to travel to Manhattan as it is near subway station N,W and 7 line.
I dont mind the room not being cleaned daily. But i believe the trash needs to taken out on a daily basis and the towels changed every other day at least.
It was okay. There was a bit of mold in the bathroom. The location was convenient cause it was right by the subway
Only the ELEVATOR needs to be fixed.
Dirty and no room service at all. 5 days there, no new sheets or fresh towels
The hotel is in a great location, but inside is not that clean. I stayed five nights and couldn’t have have a cleaning service in the room because they don’t do over the weekend. Floors and bathroom were dirty. You have to keep going to the front desk for fresh towels and soap.
