Super clean! The rooms are pretty small. But, it was impeccably clean, which is more important to me than size. You’re not going to spend much time in your room anyway. Impressive breakfast selection. Probably one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel. Very close to the train, about a block and a half, and a short 15 minute train ride to Times Square. Staff is friendly, and even held our luggage for us at check out since our plane didn’t leave until evening. So we were able to go enjoy more of New York before our flight. The neighborhood is a little meh. But not scary. LIC is a diamond in the rough. All the pros definitely outweigh the cons. We would stay here again.

The room was on the first floor near the lobby and stairs and very noisy. There was only street parking and we had to circle around a few times to find a spot, and the parking was mostly hourly parking, so we had to worry about “re-feeding the meter” so to speak.

The location was great. 2 blocks from the subway. Traffic was extremely heavy and no place to park around. There are only 2 elevators and they were very slow. We waited forever for one. They need a service elevator. The room and bathroom were excellent. However, they need to add grab bars in the bathroom to prevent accidents. There is also a need for more diversity.
