The shuttle was late picking me up from the airport and left the hotel on the return trip without the flight attendants who were waiting there!! The door lock was broken. The room smelled terrible. Expedia listed a restaurant onsite but that’s not true. The front desk person was yelling at the shuttle driver on the phone. I felt very unsafe and left immediately to find a different hotel. My refund request was denied.

I liked this hotel, it offers reasonable prices and a comfortable stay. The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but decent. The only downside was the cleaning service. I stayed for two days, and my room wasn’t serviced on the second day. I had to go to the reception to request fresh towels.
