Elevators were broken or mostly down for most of the 4 nights we stayed. Hard to go from 3 elevators to 1, and they had to put people on the service elevators to try and make people not wait 20 minutes. Bar has best view of Times Square, rest of the hotel is great.
Staff was Very friendly, Valentina from From Desk was very helpful and bring me excellent customer service. Breakfast was very good, location is great. Cleaning is excellent and cleaning staff very friendly. I travel with 2 kids and i really recommend the hotel!
My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and were always ready to help. The rooms were very clean, room service was excellent! The location was perfect, close and walking distance to eveything. Overall, the hotel sray was wonderful.
