Everything is been wonderful I love them here !!!!!

This is my second time staying at Aloft and it didn’t disappoint. I love the room sizes and the staff is super friendly and helpful. BUT I’m not sure if this was just my room but sometimes the water pressure was so low that it stopped altogether and other times it took a while to get hot water from the tap. I really hope this gets fixed, there’s nothing quite like having the water turn of when you’re full of suds.

the room was small for the amount of money I paid. every thing else was fine.

easy walk to the Apollo theater, felt safe, clean, reasonably well appointed, as with most New York City hotel rooms, the room is smallish… Wish it did not cost $300 per night, but very decent hotel

There was mistake with the booking and our hotel room was unavailable but the staff was professional and provided us with 2 rooms that fit our needs.

Hotel room noisy neighbor screaming then laughing? Quiet hotel and bad luck? U decide

Nothing special about the hotel. They are trying to be different but make every complicated. Was somewhat disappointing

Second time staying. Wifi while free is spotty. Last visit found stained pillow case on the bed. Also given a wheelchair accessible room although I am able-bodied. The room was spacious but the clothes closet rod was too low and I am only 5'3! Cheap and convenient to the subway and a Penn Station. No restaurant but packaged foods available in the lobby area. Note you have to go downstairs to get to the entrance. There is a scary elevator connected to the hotel for folks who can't manage the steps but I would not use it.

In Harlem for my wife's conference at Columbia Univ.

Helpful getting taxie to airport....good job keeping towels and other parts of the room clean

Awesome experience. Definetly recommend. Nicest hotel in the area. Love the ambience especially the complimentary coffee and tea cappacino!

Staff was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay. The bar downstairs was also cool, I will definitely come again!

The hotel was in a great location in Harlem. The front desk staff was helpful and always available. They even provided my son with board games to play while we were in lobby area. We also enjoyed the $5 voucher we received daily for keeping our room green. The only thing we requested daily were clean towels.

Great place to see & tour Harlem. Chocolat brunch was great w/ unlimited refills on mimosas.

Great hotel esp location and room.staff was excellent. Loved the room. Walked to restaurants and movies.

Overall experience: 5 Room comfort:4, the room never got warm

The hotel was great but the area I did not liked. Everything was ok but I was felling not saved w kids walking in the subway at night.

Great accommodations ... very friendly staff ... wonderful stay. Close to many Harlem attractions!!
